Konocti and Rattlesnake Island, this 2-bedroom home offers everything you need for a peaceful retreat. A king bed in the main bedroom and a bunk bed setup (twin & full) in the second bedroom – great for kids or friends. Cook while gazing out at the lake and mountains, thanks to the unobstructed view from the gourmet kitchen.

While the property was a bit out of the way to get to from the main road, everything beyond that from was beyond phenomenal. The interior was clean as can be, the space was nice and open, all the amenities you could need, the view was fantastic, and the host was very attentive and communicative about any questions we had. I would love to stay here again.

I would say this property is in a quite area. The road is in some parts one way but I had no issues at all. This property is perfect for a getaway from all things loud. The view of the lake was amazing. Full amenities so bring groceries and cook and know everything you need is available. The host what can I say. A I had unexpected change in plans. He worked with me with all I was undergoing. I would cannot say enough of this lovely house and the host.

Ryan was good at communicating in the beginning. I did ask about an iron, ironing board and hairdryer being on site. There wasn't any but Ryan did provide them for me. The ironing board looks like it was salvaged from a dumpster. It's filthy and the pad is not smooth and dirty. There were coffee stains on the counter upon arrival, the floors were not very clean and I went to use a small bowl and there was dried egg remnants in it! The couch is worn/dated. The skillets are old and need to be replaced - please use teflon skillets. There are ZERO drinking glasses, only 4 coffee cups (1 is chipped) and a few wine glasses. The upgraded kitchen island is nice, the dishwasher and microwave a quiet when running. There was only ONE hanger in the entire house for a four-day stay (family funeral) There is no closet in the spare bedroom, no washer and dryer and the road to the house is treacherous! Trying to turnaround/back out on the dirt road is scary! The drive is also share with another small house on the property which is NOT disclosed until just before your arrival. The bathroom is not very well lit so for women, getting ready in the family room area is where you will have the most light. The view is AMAZING! That was the most positive thing overall. The entire area is run down with not much to offer. There is one small and smelly grocery shop and zero shopping. The wineries located not too far are fabulous! The best overall winery is Brassfield (which Ryan recommended).

Apologies for your experience. We offered to have the cleaner come immediately to remedy any situation. You refused. The only pics you provided were of the underside of the garbage lid. The amenities you requested were NOT listed on our booking page and we went above and beyond to scramble and get those things for you for your event. We strive to provide a great experience and great service. Safe travels
