Great location, nice pool and jacuzzi, cool to supply beach towels and beach toys. Only improvement would be AC in second bedroom

We had 3 adults staying here. This is a fabulous location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very beautiful location. Young adult child loved the pool. Parents loved well appointed kitchen and AC master bedroom. Easy drive to Lihue and Ele Ele. We had stayed in Princeville the first few days of our trip and wished we’d stayed the whole time here

Veckie was great she gave us info on our first arrivel .We had issues with the lock box.All was great for us .

It was almost everything that the listing said it was. One of the attractions for us was, we are a huge game family. So when we read on the listing, A rare find- enjoy a variety of games available on site. We were pretty stoked about that. But then we get there and the only thing there is an incomplete deck of cards. So, I called and asked about that. I was told I would have to go to the library if I wanted any games. Next, the listing says 1 double sofa bed. When we arrived it was clear that there was no bed in that sofa, so I called about that. I was told there was a blow up aero bed in the master closet. With a sofa bed I can put that away every day. But with a blow up bed I had to have that sitting in the middle of the living room all day. Also the second picture is of a lovely pool. Note, that pool is not on site. You have access to it with a ten minute drive and there are boatloads of people who will be sharing it with you. The pool at the site was fine, but we all felt the listing was very misleading. A little honesty goes a long way.

-John was directed to the library, less than 2miles up the road for a variety of games. -I have first-hand experience with an aero bed at my son's house, and I easily put it away every night. It is easier that the sofa bed. -There are two pools for guest use, one on-site, about 25 steps away, of which there are photos. The second is the pool at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, of which you are a member, nothing misleading or dishonest intended.

This condo was perfect for my family, and the location was amazing! It had everything we needed!! The mattress in the master bedroom was so comfy! The master also had AC which was great for my husband and I. My teenage boys loved that they could hear the ocean at night from their bedroom. The condo grounds were lovely as were some of the residents that live there! We could easily walk to Poipu Beach or Shipwreck. We were there during an exceptionally rainy week in Kauai. We spent more time at the condo that we normally would have. However it was so peaceful sitting on the lanai, seeing and hearing the ocean while we chatted and played games. We ran into other families who had seen whales a week prior! We would stay here again for sure! Thank you!

The check in process was quite stressful because I did not receive check in instructions prior to arrival. We arrived after dark and with a crying baby, just to realize the check in instructions were never sent. We were able to get in touch with the host after several phone calls and got into the unit. Luckily, that was the most stressful part of our visit and it got much better from there. The host was super responsive throughout the visit. The property was the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in! It was the first thing we noticed when we arrived. The pictures and descriptions of the property are accurate. It was a great location that was easily accessible to everything. For anyone with AT&T cell service, know that you will not get reliable reception in the unit. But WiFi was fantastic and my phone was still usable for WiFi calling and texting. The TV was great! We didn’t expect to spend a lot of time watching TV, but we stayed during the early stages of the World Cup and watched several matches. The air conditioning unit in the main bedroom worked well and kept it cool for our baby to sleep. We would stay at this property again in the future.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The ground floor access to the pool and lawn made it even better. The place was very clean and the staff responsive to questions. We enjoyed the master bedroom and bath and the kids enjoyed their own room and bathroom as well. It was great to hear the ocean!
