GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. The entire home is heated and cooled by central air controlled by three thermostats. There is parking for 6 vehicles - 2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock—your personalized code will be provided before check-in.

PLEASE NOTE the dock is available seasonally - typically it's in the water from late May through the end of September.

Families with young children: The hot tub cover is latched for safety — please keep it latched whenever not in use. Children must be supervised at all times. Full guidelines in the house manual.

DOG GUIDELINES:

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone, no exceptions. 2 dog maximum, $200 pet fee applied to reservation.

We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

To help keep the property in excellent condition for all guests, please note that routine property maintenance must be completed as scheduled during your stay. This may include services such as lawn mowing, landscaping, snow removal, or other exterior maintenance.

Our maintenance team will make every effort to minimize any disruption and will only access outdoor areas as needed. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that scheduled maintenance not be delayed or declined, as it helps ensure the property remains safe and well-maintained for all guests.

Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
