• Under no circumstances are guests allowed to receive packages/mail to the home.
• Small gatherings are not welcomed - outside visitors who are not confirmed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking are not allowed and will subject your reservation to cancellation without refund.
• If at any time you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on site your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.
• Bookings on made behalf of other parties are subject to cancellation with no refund, the person responsible for booking the reservation must be on site.
• Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
• Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum past 12am to avoid complaints from neighbors.

There is free parking in the driveway for up to 3 cars, please avoid parking on the street in front of the home. **No more than 3 cars are allowed from guests on the property**.

The home features keyless entry with a keypad and is secured by Ring Security. I am available via the AirBnB messaging app and will respond promptly to any inquiries or issues you may have. Small quiet neighborhood right off the I-20 Highway for easy access to everything in the city. Local guests (if you live within the metro Atlanta & surrounding areas) are not allowed. In the event you instant book, your reservation will be subject to cancellation.
