Lake Lovers Delight!
We are looking for a 3 to 6 month rental right now and then a month-to-month lease through April 2025 Very willing to negotiate!
For all of you COOK employees...We LOVE you! please give me a call P+AAPJTPGJ and I will work with you.
This VERY charming 3 bdrm, 2 bath well appointed home is just 125 FEET from beach access to Lake Michigan which as our guests you have permission to use! There is no public parking for this beach so chances are you may be the only one there! This is truly a diamond in the rough. There is a small dune to get to the beach.
The wrap around deck off the sun room is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or morning cup of coffee. It's a peaceful setting to read, watch the playful squirrels, wild turkeys, fox, hawks, deer and many bird species or just relax. We have recently added an attached large screened in porch that is wonderful as well, especially for those lazy rainy days.
There is not 1 but 2 fire pits on the property, perfect for roasting hot dogs and making s'mores.
Or just curl up with a book or watch cable TV indoors.
It's a wonderful location, not only to beautiful Lake Michigan but for many wonderful day outings SW Michigan has to offer. The list is countless...wineries, orchards, shopping, carousels, beaches and more, tons of fun for everyone!

I was born and raised in St Joseph Michigan, moved out west to Colorado in 1977 to teach snow skiing. Met my husband, got married had 2 daughters, moved further west to Boulder City Nevada in 1988 for the construction boom. I came back to the SW MI area 14 years ago to visit my cousin who just moved back to the area and fell back in LOVE with the area again! It didn't take much to convince my husband to purchase this home as he is a native Californian and has always loved the water. We plan to retire to the area and until then hope you will be our guests in this little piece of paradise, we call home.

Only 90 miles from Chicago, yet a world away with good ole fashioned mid-west hospitality! 1/2 mile north of the famous, (not in great shape), Chalets and on 1/2 acre of treed, mowed lawn :). It is like stepping back in time the minute you arrive. That 'just breath' feeling and across the street from beach access!! The perfect getaway for any couple or family and an extremely wonderful solo retreat. A must see!

Located between Bit of Swiss Bakery and the Lake! Very close to the famous Tosi's and Grand Mere restaurants. Excellent location.
