Back on the ground floor, the open-plan living area sets the tone for comfort and style. The lounge features plush seating and a wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, centered around a beautiful wooden table with seating for six—perfect for intimate dinners or casual gatherings.

The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, this space is designed to inspire.

Also on the lower level are the two tranquil bedrooms, each furnished with queen-size beds, ample built-in cupboards, and en-suite bathrooms. A door near the kitchen leads to a private outdoor patio, offering a peaceful retreat for alfresco moments.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Getting Around:
MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.
