Upper Floor: The Master Bedroom w/ KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom (2) w/ QueenSize bed and en-suite bathroom.  Bedroom (3) w/ Bedroom w/ a Bunk bed (TwinSize over FullSize bed). Bedroom (4) w/ two TwinSize beds. Washer/Dryer area and a shared bath.

This means you're just a short ride away from all Orlando theme parks, bars, restaurants, golf courses, natural trails, and shopping malls. Compass Bay Resort features two gazebos with picnic areas and BBQs, two playgrounds for kids, and a fantastic heated swimming pool.

The contemporary design, featuring whites and ocean blue tones, creates an open floor plan that includes a living-dining area and a gourmet kitchen. A unique games room makes this property perfect for families with kids.

Our property is professionally cleaned, with high-touch surfaces disinfected. We stock the home with new toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and more amenities for your arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are cleaned with professional disinfectant, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap, then dried at high temperatures. Our cleaning team uses gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process. During the pre-arrival inspection, disinfectants are used again on high-touch surfaces to ensure the safest environment for your stay.

* A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be processed 2 days before your check-in date. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

2. Online Verification Process: to maintain the safety and security of all our guests, we require completion of an online verification process. This process includes uploading pictures of your identification documents (e.g., driver's license, passport) through our secure platform. 3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. These instructions will include the address, gate codes, and home codes necessary to access your rental property. We recommend saving these instructions for easy reference during your journey.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
