Amazing Urbana Home

This little place was wonderful. Very clean and amazing! Pam was always right there when needed for any questions that needed answering. I will most definitely be staying there again ! Appositely Amazing!! Thank You Pam!!

Very PleasantStay

The house and atmosphere are very welcoming and pleasant!!! The home isVERY Well, equipped with everything for your stay!!! Pam is a kind and very accommodating host!!! My only complaint would be the bathroom-There is only one it is downstairs and small and must climb over tub for shower!!! There is a big backyard for two and four-legged babies to run!!!

Great place

The house met our needs perfectly. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. The Evolve contact person was very responsive when I reached out. The one room was a little smaller than anticipated, but did not pose an issue. It was handy to have a washer and dryer on site. We also appreciated being able to park in the driveway. The area is nice.

Time away

Had a great time. The house is located in an area where you can walk to a restaurant and close enough to the bike trail to just leave the car there. Plenty of space for our dog to run. Urbana is a great place to visit.

Family visit

I enjoyed staying in this home. It’s convenient to shopping and close to family. I especially liked being able to bring my dog with me. He had the run of the fenced yard. This was my second stay here. Very nice accommodations.

Weekend trip

We stayed 2 nights. The house is just as advertised. We didn't do much in the local neighborhood, but there were coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The bathroom is very small especially the shower. But it was fine for us since we only stayed 2 days. The kitchen was well equipped. The host really thought of everything.

Nice basic home

The owners were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They seem to be really honest good people which made up for the basic amenities in the house. We expected a modern home with furnishings and amenities to match the pictures, and it was not that way at all. The style was changed from modern, open, and inviting like the pictures, to an older cluttered drab style. That being said, the house has all of the basics that you need for a weekend. We stayed longer due to being there for work, and got tired of the lack in a dishwasher, disposal, and enclosed shower. But, for short stays it fine. It does have a nice yard, and is on a safe clean street with very friendly neighbors.

OH Red Power Round-up

We truly enjoyed the home. The yard was perfect for our pup and he enjoyed the toys which were provided. The front porch was great for watching the passers by. Within walking distance to several great places to eat. Pappy's was great! The hamburger joint across the street was great! and so was the train depot coffee. The owner was easy to reach and was kind in her text messages. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to stay at this location. Five stars across the board!

Charming House

This is a charming small house. The property was very clean and the fenced in back yard was great. The upstairs bedroom only had a window unit as an AC so it was a little warm but manageable ( we stayed when it was 90 plus degrees outside). Many restaurants in walking distance and easy access to grocery stores. My friend runs every morning and enjoyed running into the downtown area every morning. My only negative thing to say is the shower curtains were not long enough or heavy enough for the bath tub set up so they stuck to you while you showered. The bath tub was a good size so it was easier to take a bath then a shower. We used this as a base of operations for a local event and it is certainly going down as one of my favorites and will stay again.

Very adequate

the home was inviting, the home was clean, neat, and perfect for our needs. We usually rent in order to have a base for all of our plans, and then we branch out from there. This was my home town, and of course I knew my way around, but it was nice to have a safe place to unpack, unwind, and spend time with family. The adjoining neighborhood was a bit run down and depressed, but it did not effect our stay, and we never felt unsafe.

Asking for full refund...

Main bedroom upstairs and not air conditioned, house had been smoked in.. Totally unacceptable.... Contacted them immediately and went and found other accommodations, after 5 hour drive, horrible experience!!

Would recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying in the cute home from 7/13 -8/6 2018. The home was very clean and comfortable. Pam my host was very nice and helpful. I will stay here again the next time I am visiting with all my family.
