Great stay! While the neighborhood isnt the best looking, it was quiet and minutes from downtown Tulsa. Communication was great with the host. It was a really great stay. Everything we needed was readily available. Would recommend.

Check in was fast and seamless. The property was well supplied with everything my family needed for our stay. There was plenty of space, the owner responded quickly and answers all questions we will definitely be renting again.

Upon arrival, we were given the code to get into the property and the instructions on how to operate. The thermostat were very vague prior to coming to Oklahoma when we rented this place I specifically asked if they had a Keurig she said yes, but because the place that I was going after this place didn’t have a Keurig I had brought mine with me. Then when I went to use the Keurig, it didn’t work and upon arrival, I also had to vacuum the property because there was stuff all over the floor and the rugs were terribly stained. I brought this to Sophie‘s attention and it’s like it didn’t matter so I’ve vacuumed and I have a picture of what I vacuumed off of the floors and I have pictures of the dirty rugs. I will never stay there again and when I cleaned up behind my dogs out in the yard. I found other dogs droppings there.

Although located in Tulsa, you get a small town feel with this home. Our family stayed here during a moving transition from Tulsa to OKC. The property is very clean and well maintained. The neighbors are a bit questionable and there was a police visit to the neighbor's house while we were there. But, there were several people up and down the street walking or riding scooters.There were TV's in every room, plenty of towels, dishes, pans, etc. If you stay inside the unit, you are golden. If you look outside, just don't expect a serene view. The backyard is fenced and you can park in the back and lock the gate. There is a nice deck and patio furniture as well.The check out process was the star of this stay: I texted to ask what "chores" needed to be completed on check out. The host said, "We do not expect much of our guests, just lock the doors." Are you kidding me? There is usually a list of all the things the unit expects of you to accomplish before you rush the family out the door to continue your journey. Cleaning fee: 25, Pet fee: 20. That is SWEET!I would definitely stay here again. We were very pleased.

We were in Tulsa for a wedding. I was looking for a place that would be close to everywhere we needed to be and that could accommodate 5 adults. This place did not disappoint! It was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our accommodations tremendously. We had never done an air bnb of any kind but was grateful for our finding. I have to admit that going through the neighborhood to get there made me a little nervous, but there was absolutely no reason to be at all. They have a nice secured fence area to park in and we really felt completely comfortable and safe during our stay. Our host always answered my questions and was so kind about it.

Overall, we had a great stay! The neighborhood is a little sketchy and this property definitely stands out from the surrounding area, but it’s clear the owners have put a lot of time and care into making it a comfortable place to stay.The home was clean and had all of the essentials we needed. We especially appreciated that it was pet friendly with no additional pet fee, which is becoming harder to find. It rained during our visit, so we didn’t get to enjoy the back deck as much as we would have liked, but it was a nice space to have available.One thing we really appreciated was that there was no long list of chores or requests before checkout. The host was also wonderful about reaching out after we accidentally left an item behind and went above and beyond by coordinating with a family member so we could get it back. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!

Great stay, host was very nice and communicated quickly. Very accommodating. Property was perfect for our needs. We Liked that every room had its own Large TV. With streaming service. Wifi was fast, nice multi device charging station for our electronics. Everything was very nice. They supplied more hygiene and cleaning products than other rental properties I've stayed at.
