The Ravenwood Bear Creek property was an excellent home away from home in a relaxing woods setting, with plenty of household items, and an extremely cozy feel. It is a comfortable distance away from downtown Seward, yet close enough to get out for shopping, dining, or fishing.Planning for another stay sometime soon!

There’s nothing more Alaskan than getting a front row seat at 2:30am when your VRBO’s Blackstone Grill gets annihilated in the yard by a black bear! That was a first even for us! When you come to Alaska, adventure is everywhere! Even on the back porch in the wee hours of the morning. lol! Thanks for staying with us and writing a great review! This is certainly a story for the record books.

Beautiful home and serene location. The home had everything we needed. The couch was large and could fit our entire family on it. Large kitchen and dining room. There was a great Blackstone Grill we could use. The property is just a few minutes from town. It was very easy to get to Seward.

This is honestly one of my favorite VRBO houses that we have ever stayed in. It fit our needs perfectly. We had 4 adults and 2 children, my family of four and my husbands parents. It is a nice layout with large rooms. There was plenty of space to leave suitcases in the bedroom floor. Enough space for everyone to sit comfortably in the living room. Well stocked kitchen. Laundry room was a dream, we had lots of dirty clothes and were down no clean clothes. Communication was top notch. We came at the beginning of June and it got really warm one day. We couldn’t find a fan. We called and the owner came right over and got them out of the garage for us. The location was great, just a short 10ish minute drive to downtown Seaward. Can’t recommend this house enough.

Great location with enough room for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed being close enough to Seward for food and excursions, while having more space and a quiet environment. Seward in general was one of our favorite areas. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Comfortable beds and well stocked amenities. Quiet and beautiful area. The best part was getting to see a moose with two babies AND a grizzly with two babies! Wow. Would definitely stay again.

Such an epic stay! Just WOW! Mama moose and calves come through every summer but a Mama grizzly with cubs is really rare. We haven’t seen them come through in years! You most definitely had the post card experience with your stay. So happy for you! Thanks for staying with us:-)
