Great location!

We had the best time here! The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved being right on the Ocean. Having a pool and a private beach was so nice.

Turtle Heaven!

Our stay here was very enjoyable. I was just hoping to see one turtle, but instead, I swam with dozens of them! There was even one posted on the private beach all day, so peaceful. Location is great, view is amazing, beds are clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all amenities to cook with and a BBQ to grill by the poolside with the gorgeous view. A few things that had caught our attention was the sun shade is broke so if you would like some privacy with leaving the slider open and to not block airflow, that could definitely be a problem in the summer. Visiting in the winter was not so much a problem for us though. I imagine it would be much more unpleasant to stay in summer. If you’re sensitive to sounds, the blasting of the waves at night can be intense and I would recommend ear plugs to soften the intensity. You will feel like you’re being taken out to sea!We loved it, and were all in for the ride. Be extra careful to always take out trash and keep crumbs and counter tops clean, and any opened food in ziplock bags. There are mini ants- ONLY if there’s anything left out. To be expected. We had left some seasonings for steak and fish, and some coffee. But recommend checking what’s in stock before your stay. There wasn’t much shampoo and conditioner for our family of 5- one tiny one of each for both bathrooms) and one small bar soap for each as well. Bring your own supplies and toiletries!They do provide dishwasher, laundry detergent and dish soap- very happy about th

Loved it

Overall the condo was fantastic ! It is a little dated but extremely clean . The sliding door screen doors were difficult to open and would at times come off their track but easy to fix . The condo was close to so many amenities which made the location perfect . The ad did say there were boogie boards but there weren’t any so you’d need to but your own. We would highly recommend this property and definite rent again

A little slice of heaven for us!

This was an amazing property to stay at. It was perfect location for us. The apartment was set back from the busy road, with a beautiful “garden view” in the back room. It made it feel very private. The other side was close enough to feel the waves rumbling in. It was easy to get to and bring in our luggage. The apartment was clean and the couch was comfy. The pool was close and haveing our own small beach there with a turtle most evenings was amazing. The sunset views were perfect every night. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic and simple meals. We did alert the manager about the sliding screen door being off its tracks, and he arrived within a few minutes to fix it. We did want to mention- the door promptly broke again. We think it was installed wrong- it looked upside down? Also- the security screen door on the front was nice to have, but it had to be slammed shut and I felt bad making so much noise closing it. Otherwise- this stay is perfect as long as you don’t have kids who would try to sneak into the beach or pool.

Love this condo!

The location is amazing. Beach front with the crash of the waves is amazing. Condo is a bit older and could use a spruce up in the kitchen. I would still stay here again!

Family time

My fanily took 3 different units at the complex, was a great time. The sun shades did not work on the patio, it would have been more comfortable in the afternoons.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and the property was nice and clean. The only issue was that the patio doors (living room and bedroom) were not able to be locked. We tried numerous times to secure the door but you could force them open with moderate pressure. The area felt really safe and secure but always a concern that the patio couldnt be locked properly.

Ultimate Relaxation

We spent a week at the Nohonani and loved the property. The building is showing its age but the property management does their best to keep the inside on the up and up. The location is mere footsteps from the ocean and there can be great snorkeling found just outside the natural rock barrier. The bed could use updated in the master but we slept fine due to the soothing ocean waves outside our window. Any issues we had during the week were resolved within minutes by the management team. I will be staying here again. Mahalo.

Perfect stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo has the most amazing view. We loved the pool and grill in the common areas and of course the ocean. The only thing you need to make this the most perfect stay ever is AC. We were here on a hot week and with no AC, the condo would get too hot to not be enjoyable…. But everything else make the no AC worth it!

Perfect stay

This place was great for what we are were looking for, and the property looks just like the pictures. You have your own private beach, the kitchen had everything you might need it was very realizing we got to see a turtle and even saw two whales from the house which was great. If you are doing the road to Hana it is a little far and will take the whole day

Right on the ocean, very comfy

Beach condo steps from a sea wall, with calming view, waves crashing (nice for me, a bit loud for others), very livable space. As all condos, shows wear, but nothing major. Sand and grit on floor, so feet will get dirty. Cost of being ON the shore? Also 3-minute walk to groceries, ABC, cafe, snorkel rental. North Lahaina, 15 minutes drive to Front street and harbor.

Maui at its best!

7 of the best nights in Maui. Second time at this property. Unit is large and comfortable with all the extras you need. 4th time to Maui. Better than a resort. No better views! Peaceful, relaxing, and like I said Maui at its best!

Great for family vacation

The location and amenities were wonderful. Having a first floor unit with the ocean right out your door and the pool close, and a private beach was exactly what our family wanted. The unit was stocked and even had beach towels, boogie boards and umbrella. The condo had community pool toys and beach toys which was a huge help for us with little ones. The only downside to this unit as others have complained about was the king bed, super uncomfortable. The unit was a bit dated, the couch a bit worn but for us these weren’t deal breakers.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, Terri is amazing and a real asset. Our kids have stayed in 105 several times and appreciated the new dishwasher and washer/dryer. However, please, please pursue air conditioning. It is miserable in the units at Nohonani in the summer and the reason we, (parents) stayed in Kaanapali for almost the same price. PS Please new mattresses and bedding in the guest room. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, let me say that the people at Maui Lodging are extremely helpful and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure everything is attended to promptly. Especially Terry. She is a gem.The unit was really nice. Plenty of kitchen amenities. Boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. all furnished, so no need to rent. Going to bed with the sound of the waves crashing is phenomenal. The unit has no a/c which wasn't a problem as far as the temperature. But 2 things to note: 1) Being on the ground floor with the doors and windows open, the floor gets dirty very quickly. 2) Because the doors and windows are open, you hear every person who passes by.The reason for a score of 4 for general condition is because the kitchen is a bit dated. It has older cabinets. Also, the beds are a bit uncomfortable which could probably be remedied with some foam toppers. Other than those few things, the place was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

Amazing place with all amenities, condiments, surf boards, etc provided and the breaking waves are included for free. Nice neighborhood with eateries, shops close by. When in doubt, go to the Carts for dinner- wide variety of menu from Vietnamese, BBQ, Chinese, Seafood etc. Great beaches within walking and 5 min drive. Only issue is that this is a residential area and all the major treks, hikes, parks are an hour away. But everyone stays here. Will return.. Thanks
