"Sunny Days" at Carolina Shores 1302, Oceanfront

Direct Oceanfront 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the 3rd floor in Carolina Shores II offers direct, panoramic oceanfront views and the ultimate coastal escape. Located between the Surfside Beach pier and just north of the Garden City Pier, this 3rd-level unit is in an elevator building and features an open floor plan. Recent upgrades include new interior paint, granite countertops, updated stove/oven, dishwasher, and range hood, refreshed cabinetry, Sofa Bed with upgraded gel foam mattress, and LVP flooring. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic, or take advantage of the oceanfront pool and direct beach access. The building also offers coin/debit-operated laundry on the ground level and is located just blocks from the Garden City Pier, arcades, dining, shopping, and the iconic Sam’s Corner hot dogs.

**The Government Beach Renourishment Project is occurring in nearby areas. The project will run – Myrtle Beach to State Park to Garden City / Georgetown County. This may affect the beach at your property. The project is permitted for, and will be constructed, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Noise and beach interruption should be expected. **

- Outdoor pool. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

- Free High-Speed WiFi

- Free Parking (1 Space Only) If parking lot is full, there are a few spaces one block off Sunset Drive, along the grassy area, parallel to fence of "Atalaya" parking lot. Do not park in public beach access or you may be ticketed or towed by the city.

- Linens included for your convenience.

- No smoking including balcony. $500 fine if smoke has been detected and eviction. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars or pipes.

Beautiful ocean front stay!

Such a lovely quaint place to enjoy! Loved seeing the dolphins and sunrise every morning! The views were incredible and I was able to forget about the stresses of life while listening to the sound of the ocean. Adorable condo!

Amazing Ocean Front condo.

This one bedroom condo was the perfect size for my wife and I. It was very clean and well kept. It had all of the kitchen supplies for a for full home cooked meal. It has an elevator which is rare. The couch was very comfortable (very important to me to watch football). The views from the balcony were amazing! No sand dunes to look past and 180° views up and down the beach. If you’re up around sunrise you can see dolphin pods close to shore right from the balcony. Garden City pier is walking distance and plenty of other restaurants are walkable. The bathroom needs some updates but it’s functional and clean. The shower water pressure that others have mentioned was perfect. So glad I found this place. We come to Murrells inlet once a year and I will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was wonderful. The parking was a little bit of an issue. We didn’t have parking one night so thank goodness we had friends staying a few minutes from us that we could park at there condo. If not, I don’t know what we would’ve done.

Everything was as expected . The only disappointment was the fact that we could not have a golf cart after I had already paid for one..

Oceanfront Gem

This little oceanfront gem is truly easy to love! 🌊❤️ From the moment we arrived, we felt the peace and relaxation we had been hoping for. The beautiful oceanfront views were incredible, and watching dolphins swim by right outside was such a special treat! 🐬 The sunrise every morning was absolutely amazing, and there’s nothing quite like watching a movie at night while listening to the soothing sound of the ocean in the background—it was like a movie. The space is quaint, cozy, and comfortable, with a wonderful bed and fantastic water pressure in the shower (which is always a bonus!). We rented a chair and umbrella right in front of the property and spent our days enjoying the beach. We also loved exploring the MarshWalk, with its great restaurants, live bands, and fun atmosphere. And the price is fantastic for such a beautiful oceanfront location! We will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a peaceful, cozy getaway with beautiful views, dolphins, amazing sunrises, and the ocean right outside your door, book this place—you won’t regret it! 🌅🐬🌊

Other owners asked us to manage their condo so we got our license and formed our company, B2 Vacations. We now manage many condos in Myrtle Beach. We want to share this wonderful place with everyone and hope you are able to create as many priceless family memories as we have.

For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea. This is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience.
