Loved our time in this home in Gardiner. The home was extremely clean and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent! Town was an easy walk and the Yellowstone entrance is very nearby. Highly recommended this rental!

The property was very easy to locate and accessible to needs while visiting. Shopping and restaurants are close by. The rooms were clean. We could have used better pillows on the beds but all in all we enjoyed our stay. Even though located right on the main street it was quiet, even with a busy weekend!

Perfect Riverside Gem in Gardiner!The River Perch House is an absolutely cute property in a beautiful location right on the Yellowstone River. You truly get the best of both worlds here—stunning river views, yet within easy walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and local shops. The check-in process was incredibly easy, and Wendy was an excellent hostess and a great communicator throughout our stay. Highly recommend this perfect base camp for anyone visiting Yellowstone!

Right in downtown, walking distance to everything. On the river, one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. Downstairs shower is very small, I'm 5' 7" and 120lbs and it was difficult for me to shower. Very nice, clean place and has everything you need in the kitchen.

So the river is about a 50 ft drop, not accessable. Also, doesn't have AC one bedroom has cooler but pretty loud, the other just a fan. No extra bath towels had 4 for 4 people. One hair dryer. shower downstairs is very small, TV only in living room, but very cute, great location to Yellowstone entrance and town. Host was quick responding.

Thanks for staying. I am sorry it was so hot when you were here. We have never needed ac but may need to reassess. There were extra towels in the closet and I apologize that you didn’t find them. I will look at placing them in the bathroom. Appreciate your honest comments and we will use them to adjust our practices. Can’t fix the river. It is like this through the entire town of Gardiner and I thought photos depicted this…::.but it is a beautiful view and most folks love it:). Thanks again and all the very best to you!

The host was wonderful. She was quick to reply to questions and offered things to do outside of Yellowstone. The cabin is minutes from the north entrance and has a wonderful view of the Yellowstone River. I highly recommend this cabin.

We were charged an extra night's fee for cleaning, despite checking out at 6:00 AM and leaving the property in decent condition. Having stayed at numerous properties before, I have never experienced an additional charge under these circumstances.

Great jumping off place for Yellowstone National Park! Wonderful location overlooking Yellowstone River, walkable to everything. Great outdoor space. Very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

If you want a close-to-town cabin that feels like you're way out in nature, this property is it! The host is wonderful and provided a well-appointed home. Clean, cozy, and comfortable! And did I mention that the cabin overlooks a beautiful river! Well, it does. The area is beautiful and has plenty of sights to see and do!
