Overall a great property overall and host was very accommodating to a last minute change of plans. Far enough away from hustle and bustle but close enough to drive/uber to everything quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor space and loved having the privacy of a fence outback.

Inside of house is as pictured. Very spacious. Kitchen is lacking for cookware. Pool was great but not quite the backyard paradise as shown in photos. Beds are comfy. Easy checkout. Checkin was challenging.

The house was beautiful and clean. Check in was pretty easy. We paid extra for heating up the pool, it was at a nice temperature but was not warm (which we believe is something that can improve), I am sure that during summer this should not be an issue. Host was very nice and caring she even gave us a call to check that everything was okay. Will totally book this house again!

Host was difficult to get in touch with. Had to ask for the code to get in after the check in time: had also asked for the pool to be heated ahead of time and it wasn’t. House wasn’t too bad. It was clean. Good location.

Hot tub was not hot, host did not respond until after checkout when messaged day of check in had to find WiFi which the main reason why we had booked this locked and paid extra for the hot tub to be hot and was unable to use the entire stay definitely a disappointment when paying all that money for being able to enjoy a hot tub for a vacation

This stay was ok. The kitchen was not equipped well. It was hard to make dinner without the proper cooking material. We paid extra to have to pool heated but it never got warm enough. The hot tub took forever to get barely warm. The outside looked like it definitely needed some tlc.

Door code for entry did not work at time of arrival. Took several hours for host to get back to us despite messaging right away. Took over a day for door code to have batteries replaced but luckily was able to use garage for entry. We requested for pool/hot tube heat to be turned on which was never done. Would not recommend unless host communication improves

I had to call the property manager at 8pm to get my access code for the house, like they forgot they had a renter. We woke up in the morning and our sealed grocery’s had ghost ants on them on the kitchen counter, we immediately messaged the host and left the property and had no intentions on returning. The host messaged me saying they were at the house and could not find anything wrong, I stated give me your cell i will send you the videos I took. I did not ask for a refund for that night but I requested the next night be credited to my account and there has been no communication since. I own VRBO houses and this was an eye opener of how not to treat rental clients. I should be refunded for my second day since I checked out that morning 12 hours after we checked in. I did not request a full refund, just a refund for the 2nd day that we were gone and moved out. If I could post the pictures of the pool, grill, yard and cleanliness of the house compared to what’s online, the house would never rent.

We stayed March 5–10. The house was clean and spacious for our family of four. The layout worked well for us, though with only two toilets, it might feel a bit limited for a larger group since the home is listed to sleep up to 10 guests.The kitchen was not equipped enough to cook a full meal but made due with what was available. Although having a few additional cookware pans would make it even better.One of the main reasons we chose this home was for the heated pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the pool never heated during our stay, and the hot tub jets would occasionally stop working completely. The owner’s communication was okay—she did try to help resolve the pool issue, but it ultimately wasn’t fixed during our stay. She did say she would refund the additional fee we paid for the heated pool, which we appreciated. My kids still made the best of it and tolerated the cold pool better than I did!The backyard could use a little TLC. The grill was quite dirty, so we chose not to use it. There is also a pond or water feature that appears unused and had moldy water buildup.If these things don’t bother you, the home itself is comfortable and could be a great option—especially during the summer months when a heated pool isn’t as important

We’ve rented many vrbos but this was by far the worst. There were no reviews when I booked it which I knew was a risk. There is little to no communication from the host. Every other house we’ve rented, we received check in info at least 24hrs ahead of check in. We received a message with a 4 digit code at the exact time of check in and that was it- no further info including things like WiFi passwords etc. We paid to have the pool heated but the pool and hot tub were both cold. The host didn’t respond to the initial message about the pool but instead just randomly stopped by to “fix” it. At this point, she offered a refund for the additional cost of having the pool heated. The pool/hot tub never did get warm and she never responded to further messages about it. She never did give us a refund despite me messaging her twice about it. The phone number provided also goes straight to voicemail. The cleanliness of the house was ok but there were small ants all over the kitchen. I would not cook there. This house is not accurately advertised and I would not stay here again. The host communication is absolutely terrible and she continues to charge people for a heated pool that she obviously knows doesn’t work.

Pros: The house is lovely and comfortable...as good or better than the pictures present it. We enjoyed the pool amd back porch area, a great place for hot summer days.Cons: The check-in experience wasn't great. We did not receive the door code until after 10:30 pm. I had to book a hotel for the night for my family while I called VRBO to get things sorted with the door code. I will say that VRBO reimbursed me for the hotel expense, but that included more than an hour of phone calls to resolve the whole issue.Heads up: Looking at the other reviews, it seems other people experienced issues with communication from the host, leading to similar issues checking in.

This host has the worst communication EVER! They never responded to any of my messages until I got Vrbo support involved. They also didn’t include details regarding the internet, how to turn on the jacuzzi or any check out procedures. The house looked awful from the outside and was somewhat nice on the inside. The house definitely needed some touch ups and good deep clean. I seriously don’t recommend staying here solely from the lack of hospitality.

We had 5 spiders in the second bathroom. The sunroof in the second bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The drain in the second bathroom was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Looks like it hasn't been cleaned EVER. Lawn was up to my knees both front and back so my son was unable to even step on the grass in fear there could be something hiding in it. There was a random sock from previous renters under one of the beds in the second bedroom (bunk bed room). Trash was left from previous renters in trash cans (outside). Hot tub did not work, heater did not work. There was a gross dark green little pond in the back yard near the outside shower and grill with HUNDREDS of live tadpoles! WE HAVE A 4 YEAR OLD CHILD. It was unsanitary and disgusting. The paint on the black wall was peeling off because wrong paint was used. The outside was terrible! Front door paint was coming off and just looked dirty. I have photo evidence of everything that i have stated. Definitely not worth the price we paid for. We originally thought we were scammed or received the wrong address due to the condition of the outside of the house and maintenance on property. We had issues with the front door code, tried multiple times and our code was incorrect. thankfully we were able to get a respond from the owners for the garage code to even get into the inside. Unimpressed. Especially since we were celebrating 2 birthdays. Honestly we cant wait to get to my own home and shower after staying here.
