Steps to the lift

Great place only steps to the lifts. Amazing with kids to not have to load the car up and unload every day. Just a quick walk. The place is very nice and comfortable really enjoyed it will be back!

Absolutely Perfect

This is our second time staying at this property. First, you simply cannot secure a closer location to Canyon Lodge--access to Canyon Express is footsteps away from the condo. Second, the unit lives much bigger than its square footage. The open area of the dining room/kitchen/living room made us feel together but not on top of each other. The heated tile in the bathrooms is divine. The beds are comfortable, the couch is comfy for relaxing by the fire and the kitchen is very well-appointed. The boot/glove dryer is fantastic and the hot tub is a short walk from the unit. Check-in was a breeze and Lisa is both a fantastic communicator and worked with us on our check-in/check-out times. I loved the code to access the property as other places we have stayed at sometimes have been tricky to obtain the key depending on the hour we arrived. All in all, this is one of our favorite places to stay when we come up to Mammoth. We will be back. I highly recommend it.

Best Mammoth Mountain stay ever!

What can I say, my family and I loved our stay at this beautiful and well equipped condo. Every minute detail was considered. We had the most comfortable stay at Mammoth ever. We went to ski/snowboard with our family of 5 adults and 1 three year-old. Not only is this condo luxurious, it is equally comfortable. Lisa and Jen have thought of everything. From the most comfortable bed linens and mattress toppers to high end appliances and cookware, to PlayStation and gaming consoles for kids and adults. The cutest thing is the amazing handmade bunkbeds in one of the guestrooms. When we arrived, there were 4,strategically placed stuffed animals on the bed to welcome any little ones in your group. My granddaughter loved it! The extra closet outside for your gear was wonderful, the boot warmers and glove warmers inside were an amazing addition. On top of that, there was even a locker for us to use at the lodge for some of our gear, which I used every day and found to be priceless. Lisa was so helpful with information and very communicative on our process of check-in, check out and anything else we needed to know. I just loved every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend anyone considering a stay in Mammoth. We will definitely be back and renting next year!

Perfect luxury stay

This place was fabulous. We’ve stayed at many condos in mammoth, near canyon lodge, over the years and this was by far the nicest. Spacious, well stocked and a 3 minute walk to the slopes. Perfect for 2 families with kids! And the bottle of champagne was a lovely touch! Lisa was also very responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again

Perfect condo in a perfect location

This condo is beautifully appointed with everything you’ll need for a relaxing and comfortable trip. The owners thought of every detail from bathroom amenities to kitchen supplies. The layout of the spaces was ideal for our two families and the location can’t be beat. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

Amazing home in a fantastic location!

We have family in Mammoth and have stayed all over the place over the years and Lisa’s place was absolutely the best! It’s a perfect location with easy access to everything Mammoth has to offer, but it’s still nice and quiet at night for kids to sleep with windows open. They have furnished and stocked this condo like it’s a primary residence: the knives are sharp, pans are nice, kitchen is truly fully stocked, beds are supportive and comfortable, etc. The bunk room is adorable and much larger than the photos suggest with lots of fun games and toys for little kids. We hope we will be back soon!

Perfect Getaway!

What an amazing place to stay! We are a family of 7 and always have a hard time finding a comfortable place to stay. This place more than delivered in comfort and convenience. We were able to sleep comfortably, enjoy quality time as a family and enjoy the local attractions of Mammoth. The host was understanding and crystal clear in the check in and check out process. Would definitely stay again and it was a trip the kids will remember for a lifetime.

Wonderful Stay in Mammoth

We absolutely loved this property. Great location and easy access to the village. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and games. Lisa clearly, goes above and beyond to make her guests feel comfortable. The two master bedrooms were also perfect for this 2 family stay. We would 100% recommend this property to any family looking for a relaxing stay in Mammoth. Perfect!

From start to finish these accommodations had it all. A five minute walk to Canyon lodge this condo couldn’t be more convenient. The condo was immaculate and incredibly comfortable for two families of four. Lisa’s attention to detail cannot be overlooked. From the boot and glove warmers by the front door to the heated bathroom floors. Our kids couldn’t be happier in the bunk room which came complete with a Wii and Xbox. We would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Book it Now!

Let me start by saying that when we return to Mammoth for a ski vacation, we WILL be staying here again. Everything was wonderful with this condo. It was incredibly clean, stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need or want, the location was great, and the communication with Lisa was excellent. Our entire crew consisting of 2 families of 4 felt very comfortable and at home from the moment we stepped foot in the door. We loved the seating in the living room, the beds were extremely comfortable, the heated floors in the bathrooms were an added bonus, and the boot and glove warmers in the entryway really spoiled us. The place has very nice appliances and everything you need to cook comfortably at home, including great dishes, pots & pans and a wide array of spices. The fireplace was wonderful and they kept us well stocked on firewood. Because of the proximity to Canyon Lodge, we didn't rent a car because there was no need. We flew into Bishop, took a shuttle with MAWS transportation, and used the town shuttle the rest of the time (the pickup spot was a very short walk from the end of the driveway). We didn't utilize the ski in/ski out shortcut so I can't comment on that, instead, we chose to walk downhill to Canyon Lodge and back up the hill at the end of the day and did so with no problem at all. Any questions I had prior to and during our stay were quickly answered by Lisa within minutes. Like I said before, no need to look any longer, just book it now.

Exceeds Expectation

Amazing place I recommend to everyone. Perfect for two families and works well for friend trips too. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are set up with all the best for comfort. I have never seen so much attention to detail for rental guest. High quality pots and pans are rare to find at rental properties. No need to worry about dangerous scratched up Teflon when a caring host only has the best. Also, plenty of nice dishes, silverware, and every cooking tool you could need. Even has blenders for your shakes and smoothies. Towels and quality soap/shampoo already supplied. Be careful not to sleep in too late in the very cozy beds. Don't bother bringing your pillow when there are many very good ones already. The couch is great for several lounge lizards to view tv and movies. The showers, sinks and toilets are all great quality as well. First class place set up like a private home to share with respectful renters. Enjoy and book early!

Can’t get any better for a luxury ski condo

This was our fifth time staying in this condo. Absolutely no complaints. Literally across the street from Canyon Lodge. In the morning we put our ski boots on in the condo and have a 3-4 minute walk to be inside Canyon Lodge. It doesn’t get any more convenient. This stay, we never took our car out of the parking garage until we departed after 4 days. After skiing all day, we take the gondola down to The Village for shopping, food, ice cream or carmel apples, and ride the gondola back up to Canyon Lodge. We are back in the condo in 3 minutes. An in condo boot and glove dryer await when we walk in the door and assure us that all our equipment will be dry and ready for the next day of skiing. If you prefer not to eat out, no problem. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget, appliance and convenience you can think of. Plus the little extras like coffee filters, Keurig pods, cooking spices and oils and high end major appliances. The condo is spacious, clean, comfortable and honestly, it’s everything a stay in Mammoth should be. Two master bedrooms with on suites are a luxury and the huge stack of firewood and fire starters make morning and evening fires super easy. The owner is attentive, quick to respond and makes the whole experience smooth and easy. After 30 years of skiing in Mammoth, this is by far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. We will be regulars here for many years to come.

Great stay at a nice condo

We just got back from Mammoth after a four night stay in this lovely condo. You can tell from the moment you walk in that the owner has put a lot of time and energy into this place. From hooks in all the right places to nice bedding and every utensil you could ever imagine, this place has been incredibly well thought out. She even provided a bowl of fruit and a bottle of champagne – what a nice touch. We were a family of five and incredibly comfortable in this unit. We had a few friends over one night, and it can easily accommodate 12 people for a dinner and board game. If I had to be critical, there are a few things that I would mention: 1. The building is very old, and even though the unit itself is very nice coming into an old building like that is not a five star experience. We had a suburban, which is very difficult to park in the underground parking due to structural polls From a building that was likely built 30 or 40 years ago. 2. While the unit is close to the slopes, the walk from door to locker takes about six minutes and it can sometimes be on black ice on the road. This is nothing negative about the condo, but keep in mind , it would not be ideal for an older couple. 3. While you certainly don’t look straight into another condo, the views from this unit are fairly limited. You do look onto a nice tree outside, but don’t expect any vistas or anything. In conclusion, it was a great condo at the right price, and we had a fantastic experience.

All-Around Amazing!

We stay have stayed in a lot of ski rentals over the course of our lifetime and this one is truly a top 1%: Clean, convenient, and well-equipped with everything we needed as a family of four with two children. Lisa was very communicative and helpful; before, during, and after our stay. We look forward to staying at this beautiful condo again!

Great ski weekend

The location could not be better. The unit was clean up to date and well kept. Everything you need except food is there for you. The owner was great to communicate with. If we had an issues quick to respond . Bottom line I would book this unit again in a minute.
