Welcome to your home away from home in Charlotte where you will find that our stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips, girl trips and fun family gatherings. We are conveniently located off of I-85; a short 15 minute drive to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, 8 minute drive to UNCC, 12 minute drive to the popular NoDa District area of Charlotte and 14 minute drive to downtown Charlotte. We are a 5 minute walk to the CATS bus stop and centrally located for quick access for Rideshare options.

In the home you will find 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

King bedroom master suite with large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, plush linens, desk space and smart tv for your enjoyment.

Queen bedroom with plush linens and smart tv.

Bunk bedroom has full over queen bunk beds, plush linens, extra pillows and blankets in bedroom closet and smart tv.

Living area has huge, comfy couch; perfect for couch sleepers with linen, sheets and pillows available for your convenience.

Full shared bathroom upstairs for guests in queen and bunk bed bedrooms. Half bath downstairs adjacent to living area.

For your entertainment, you can enjoy the patio space with smart tv and fire pit. A charcoal grill is also provided for your grilling and cooking pleasure.

Convenient, clean and affordable. Our 1 night stay in Charlotte was very pleasant. Nice personal touch with a welcome treat of wine and chocolates to greet us! That was a first!

The home was very clean and spacious. Having snacks and drinks to welcome us in the home was a plus traveling with small kids that are always hungry. Great communication.

Host was very welcoming and available. Host went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasant experience. All toiletries were supplied as well as snacks, fresh fruit, bottled water and orange juice, wine, coffee with lots of flavor options, and breakfast fixings. Everything was provided to make a stress free stay.

I want to start with the positive and say how lovely Sherhonda is and how she went out of her way to make guests feel welcomed. She included toiletries, wine, water and snacks! She was also very accommodating in allowing an early check in and later check out. While the inside of the property itself was great, we had significant safety concerns about the surrounding area that I feel should be shared with future renters. During our stay, we observed ongoing drug activity, solicitation, and individuals who appeared to be experiencing homelessness in the immediate vicinity. We witnessed visible drug transactions near the house and a man stumbling out of the nearby woods where there appeared to be a homeless encampment. These conditions made us uncomfortable leaving the property, especially at night and with children and we did not feel safe during our stay. As a renter, I believe this information is important for others to know so they can make informed decisions about whether this location suits their needs and comfort level; especially if you are not familiar with the town of Charlotte.

There were no issues reported on or within the property during your stay and we have not had any complaints or concerns from prior guests.
