For the price, we made this work for us. Communication was decent with the host, it was spacious and fit us 7 people well. There were some issues; the front door lock doesn't function correctly. Two of the four beds were slept in when we arrived--the sheets and comforters on those two beds were filthy. The host said her grandsons messed up the beds, but we think it was squatters because of the faulty door lock. Luckily there were two duvets in the closet so we just slept on top of those for the three nights with no blankets. The trash baskets in the bathrooms and kitchens were full of trash, which smelled so we had to take that out. The AC is locked on 76, which was fine with the breeze from open windows. There are some funky smells, so we burned candles and sprayed air freshener. There are no kitchen amenities, so make sure to bring your own coffee, paper towels, etc. The den room was perfect for hanging out. Overall, it was not a horrible stay for the price, but more like just sleeping over in a friend's place, not a true VRBO clean home. Location was good.
