Looking for a stunning 1 Bedroom in the heart of the city that overlooks the water? You found it!!! Filled with modern amenities, Casper queen bed, 65 inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. This condo is within walking distance to restaurants, bakery, hospitals, the Public Gardens and all that downtown has to offer, including being only a 7-minute walk to the waterfront. The unit has a private patio that overlooks the water. Indoor parking @ $25 / day



The Space:

Experience the charm of Halifax while relaxing in our spotless, modern and bright 1 Bedroom unit. Looking for the amazing water-view... well this unit has just that!!!



This 1 bedroom unit has a full kitchen with 6 appliances, bedroom with a Casper queen size mattress & bathroom with a shower and tub . Huge private patio to take in the city vibe and calming water.



We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat and grab coffee and a pastry. We are a 2 minute walk to a major bus routes and only a 7-10 minute walk to the newly developed waterfront.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to a large gym that is open from 6 AM - 11 PM.



The Neighborhood:

Located in downtown Halifax, this property is within a 10 minute walk to the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk and Casino Nova Scotia. Scotiabank Centre is just around the corner and 5 minutes away. Halifax Convention Centre about 7 minutes.



You will be in the middle of it all that the downtown has to offer. Get ready to enjoy the delicious food and bakery around the corner, while enjoying a beverage at the local bar where the vibe is always live!!

Very good, very clean, host was great! Explained everything perfectly and we had 0 issues!! Would come again and 100% recommend!! Very short walk to the boardwalk and in a very good area of the city!

Loved my stay here! Great location, about a 10 minute walk from central downtown and a 5 minute drive to just about any parking garage! The place was perfect for my partner and I, it had everything we needed for the weekend!

You could add a little more warmth and detail while keeping it natural:This was the last leg of our Maritime journey, and what a great way to finish our trip. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years, and this easily made our top three.The location was great, especially being so close to the waterfront and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do. The host was a fabulous communicator and responded to our questions almost immediately, which made everything very easy.The place itself was exceptionally clean, well equipped, and had a great layout. The furniture was comfortable, and the space felt very welcoming. It really had everything we needed and was a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.A definite 10 out of 10! ; )
