We loved our stay Kenosha. Very nice house. It was a perfect location, right by the marina. The fishing for the guys was successful. A couple things would be nice to add to your house, a small microwave, maybe some paper plates and dish soap. A top sheet would be nice and help with not having to wash the comforters every time for your cleaning people. Over all you have a very nice house that we maybe renting again. Thank you so much!

Hi Pam - We were happy to host you! We do want to point out that our cleaner always refills the dish soap that is built into the sink to the right side. Paper plates are sometimes available if guests leave full sets, but we do not keep opened sets for health reasons and we do offer full sets of plates and bowls for your use at the bungalow. Our Duvets over the comforters are quite easy for our cleaner to strip and clean! Thank you for the tips, we hope you enjoyed Kenosha!

We were in town for a swim meet. We prefer to rent homes vs. a hotel room for the convenience of a kitchen. This particular kitchen does not come equipped with a dishwasher or microwave. I could manage without the dishwasher, but quick breakfast options or heating up anything was not an option. Also, Nextdoor lives a dog that the owners let out in the middle of the night. We were woken up near 1 and 3:30 in the morning to barking multiple night. Certainly not the owner of the Vrbo’s fault. We were very comfortable in the home otherwise. In the middle of March, felt rent price was high.

This is not a typical happening (we live in the neighborhood) so we're deeply apologetic about the inconvenience. This house was cute and very clean. The beds were comfortable and I liked that there was a separate space in the basement with a bedroom and bathroom. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Parking was easy and the neighbors were friendly. We got a big kick out of the dogs next door and loved seeing them :)I chose this property over another because the reviews were slightly better for the property itself and for the host. Unfortunately, this property was listed as being "on the lake" and the pin for the property was literally in the water , and that isn't quite accurate. The home is one street in from the lake - a very short walk, but not what I was expecting. You can see the lake from the backyard, on the left side of the condo building behind it. You can see the marina on the right side. I would have booked the other property had I known. To be honest, I would not even have had this one in consideration, as the only 2 search criteria I was using was 1) did it have enough bedrooms and 2) was it on the lake. (I grew up on Lake Michigan and now live on the west coast)Anyway, as stated, the home was very comfortable and we had no problems.

We are sorry for any confusion with the house's location, for security purposes VRBO does not give an exact location until after booking, which is why you get a "region" of its location when looking. As our description does state we are across the street from the Lake itself NOT on the lake. No properties itself are actually able to be on the lakefront in Kenosha on the Harbor Side due to the beach rocks and parks in front of them! Thank you for staying with us we hope to host you again.

We had a wonderful stay & will hopefully be back for another! It was the perfect size for our group of nine adults, with plenty of comfortable beds so everyone had their own space. The location was fantastic, and we loved how easy it was to walk down to the waterfront and beach. It made spending time by the water so convenient.A few small things to note for future guests: there isn’t a microwave, there were only a limited number of washcloths provided, and the upstairs stayed noticeably warmer than the downstairs even with the thermostat set to 62. None of these were deal-breakers for us, but they would be nice improvements.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious place with a short 5 minute walk to the beach!

There should be extras of washcloths as well as the original 4 sets per bathroom but we will check with our cleaner for extra storage placements. Thank you for staying with us!
