Delightful 3-bedroom house in quiet Puyallup neighborhood
Welcome to Seventh Haven, a fully remodeled 3-bedroom home located on a quiet street. This prime location allows you and your guests to take a short 4 minute walk to the Washington State Fairgrounds!
It is also less than a mile walk/drive to the Sounder Commuter rail station, Good Samaritan Hospital, local coffee shops, restaurants, parks and the farmers market.
This lovely rampler offers a cozy layout with warm & inviting decor as well as wonderful amenities including washer/dryer, BBQ and Fire Pit!
The open layout allows you and your family to gather in the living room, dining room and kitchen while still feeling like you are all together.
During the winter months enjoy the use of a gas fireplace that adds warmth. There is also a small desk, which is great if you need to log in for work or just need a spot to check emails.
Each of the three bedrooms are set up with a bed, dresser, night stand, lamps, smart TV, and closet with hangers.
The beautifully remodeled kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a lovely family style meal during your stay. There is a kitchen island with 3 barstools as well as a solid wood dining table with 6 chairs.

If I could give this house 10 stars, I would. This is a great house, super clean and well stocked for all needs. The fireplace is nice to have for the cooler nights and the use of the garage is a bonus for rainy days. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. Good location on a quiet street, close to downtown Puyallup and easy access to interstates.

Lori was a wonderful guest! She took amazing care of our home, followed the house rules, extremely clean! Very easy to communicate with, respectful and kind! A Five star guest for sure! We look forward to their next visit!

Excellent location for an event at the Puyallup Fairgrounds. Great communication and instructions. Easy to find and easy to get in. Super clean and stocked with many helpful items. They had a basket with snacks and water which was super appreciated! Beds were pretty firm but I liked it. TV in every room was great. Rooms were nice and quiet even with the TV on in the other room. Excellent stay and we will hopefully be back soon for our next event! Thank you so much

Very clean and cozy. Within walking distance to the Sounder train transit. Very easy instructions. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Family means everything to us.
We're proud parents of 3 wonderful children and grandparents to 7 amazing grandkids who keep life full of laughter and adventure. No matter where we go, home is always where our family is gathered together.
