Palm Coast, FL

My family and I had a great stay at Cinnamon Beach. The condo was very roomy for 6 adults. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and very roomy. The beach was easily accessible from the condo. It was a short walk to the pool. We wish it had been a little closer.

Great vacation

My family and I were very pleased with everything. On the 7th night our last night the dryer started making a horrible noise. But the last load was just towels so I hung them around to dry. The condo was great and way more stocked in the kitchen than anywhere else we’ve stayed. There did not seem to be many tourists, mostly older folks living there. The beach: if you are expecting to body surf in the ocean right at the condo think again. There are huge rocks right under the surface of the water. We drive about 10 minutes down the road and beached there. No rocks in the surf. Overall would definitely go back to condo. Great family vacation.

Great View Great Unit

We were very pleased with this rental. The condo has a fantastic view of the Atlantic and the sunrise and is about as close as you can get to the beach walkover. It was nicely decorated and well equipped. Most importantly-it was very clean. We will be back.

Amaztastic

Great location, communication, lovely unit, peaceful, protected, clean, spacious, wondrous balcony. Magnificent sunrises. Dolphins every day. It was a soul restoring vacation with my daughter.

Perfect home away from home

This unit had the perfect location, furnishings and decor for a beach getaway. It was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. Our family consists of three adult couples and 2 children, and we LOVED this 3 BR 3 Bath unit. Each couple had their own bathroom. It was GREAT!!!

Very nice

The condos were very clean and perfect for our group. Most of the people in the group said the condos were nicer than their houses! Also the environment was safe and friendly. A Publix store was a short drive away.

Very nice place. Would return in a heartbeat. Beach is very close.

The slider out to balcony had a broken screen door that enabled flies to get in. This created a damper - bug bites!! That could have been alleviated to make our vacation flawless!!

Great Unit, Poor Property Management Company

Pro Unit was kept up well with great view. Cons We booked this property for toddler play area adverised. We were not informed that the entire pool area was under construction, and the toddler splash pad/pool was removed. I called to speak to Vacation rental Pros twice. Was told I would get a refund with initial call however, to taken multiple calls and being told every time a manager would contact me, regarding this. I've never had this bad service from a rental company, and it's a shame as the unit itself was nice

Best place ever!

I hate to give this condo a glowing review because I'm afraid it will become too popular and won't be available the next time we want to rent it. It was absolutely perfect. It's on the beach, had every single amenity that we needed and was beautifully furnished. We couldn't have asked for a more luxurious place. We were extremely pleased!

Pleanty of Room

My family (5 adults) spent a week at Cinnamon Beach again this year. 3 beds and baths meant we all had private space. Condo is nicely furnished, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen. There is nice parking under the building. Easy walk to both pools and beach. Living Room furniture will need to be replaced soon, springs are almost gone. A 2nd lounge chair or extra foot stool on porch would be nice. Overall, great experience!

Very Nice Condo and Resort

We stayed here the first week in July. It was me and my wife, son/daughter in-law and 4 grandkids. Condo is just as described and as shown in its marketing pictures. It is large (3BDR) and the third bedroom is off by itself, so it provided lots of privacy and quiet. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked, really it was awesome. The resort of Ocean Hammock is very nice, secluded and well maintained. Two pools, one by the ocean and one by the lake. The lake pool was the kids pool with a small splash areas, that they loved. Both pools offer bar and food service. The management company, VRBO was very easy to deal with. Our only two minor complaints were: 1. You could not take any drinks or food to the pool, you would be hassled by the staff. 2. There are no BBQ grills anywhere on the property. We would stay here again.

Last Vacation with the Kids!

We had a wonderful time! Great view and everything was perfect. When we arrived the staff was doing their last check, and I noticed later one of the remotes was missing. Before I could even call, they had brought me a replacement. Only bad thing is the water heater is too small for 3 bathrooms.

Best condo ever!

The staff at Vacation Rental Pros was awesome in taking my needs and matching them with this beautiful, spacious, perfect for us condo unit! The space is more than gracious, the view is spectacular, the decor gives you that with beachy feel, the layout provides privacy if desired, the kitchen is awesome and roomy, the laundry room was even pleasent. We spent most of our time on the awesome beach so we have no comment on the amenities of the clubhouse area, but it was beautiful and accessible also. I would pretty much give all aspects of this choice a 10...PERFECT!!! One of our best vacations ever!

Cinnamon Beach 831

We had a FANTASTIC family vacation at Cinnamon Beach 831! The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was very roomy for our large family. The unit was very clean! Furniture was really nice and accomodating. The pool ammenities OUTSTANDING! We really enjoyed the availability of beach furniture/umbrellas. The only detail that I can mention for future consideration...this is a corner unit that for some reason attracted bugs outside the door (maybe the outside light in corner??) but there was a large gathering of bugs day/night outside the door of our unit. We saw 2 roaches during our stay in the master bedroom/bathroom (but no other signs or traces elsewhere). Other than those 2 items...vacation was picture perfect! Will stay again in the future and will recommend to others!

Great Vacation

It was a great week and we were with 4 kids and they all had a great time. The beach was great and the fact that chairs are provided was wonderful. The two pools and the splash zone were a big hit. The food at the poolside Grill was tasty and the kids loved eating at the pool. We cannot wait til next year.

Great Deal

Great location, great condo, nice pool setup with food service. The only minor negative is the same for every condo we have ever rented. You have the urge to keep your shoes on because the tile floors are always sticky and the carpet could use a cleaning. But, that's just the way it is with high-traffic rentals.

You Can't Beat the View

6 of us stayed at this condo and could not have been happier. The 3rd story view is 50 yards from the ocean and is picture-perfect. We loved staying at the adult pool since it overlooks the beach and has a nice seabreeze. You can also walk onto the beach at anytime since it is so close. I woould only say that you are not exactly right around the corner from St. Augustine- it is about a 30 minute drive. Also, they say you can't bring coolers, food to the pool while their grill is open so watch out about that one. Overall, highly reccommend.
