With Championship golf courses nearby (Courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Gary Player) and practically empty beaches, Palm Coast is the best kept secret in Florida!
Combine the greatest golf in Florida with Awesome cycling/walking trails, THREE pools, a lovely clubhouse, and full access to the Intracoastal Waterway and day dock (& covered gazebo) for boating, water-skiing, fishing, crabbing or just dreaming.

BOATERS - nearby marina is VERY reasonable & you can drop guests off at our private dock on ICW. Or just enjoy relaxing in our 3 private beach chairs w/ colorful beach umbrella. Walk/Drive One mile to MARINELAND where you can swim with the dolphins, or enjoy their 'no rocks' River to Sea Preserve public beach with free parking.

Romantic getaway

The place was as pictured. Had everything you would need away from home. We cooked breakfast every morning had everything we needed. You didnt need to bring beach towels or beach gear everything was provided. I was very impressed with how clean it was i usually have to tidy up anywhere we go. The beach was too rocky for me but there was a great one couple of minutes next to marineland. Marie was very responsive and even got a last minute deal!

Quiet and relaxing

My husband and I came to get away from it all. The place was just as described, very clean, very well kept. The VIEW was amazing! I loved being eye to eye with the pelicans as they flew by. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it was. Everyone was so friendly. We would definitely stay again next time we visit the area.

A great place with all the amenities

The condo was above our expectations. It was beautiful. The sites of the ocean was amazing. We even watched a rocket launch from the balcony it took off from Cape Canaveral.

Looking for a house

We enjoyed the beachfront property. Although the weather did not agree we still had a very relaxing week. All amenities were included and we really didn’t have to think about a thing. The outside porch was wonderful!

Great view condo with good location.

Great view from the 5th floor balcony. Short walk down a boardwalk to the coquina rock beach. Very cool rocks! Enjoyed our stay. Close to St. Augustine. Found very good close restaurants.

Palm Coast Condo

This condo is located perfectly on the Atlantic shore half way between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine FL. The ocean view is outstanding. The unit is well supplied. The property manager is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with.

Lovely condo on the beach

We had a great time in this unique and beautifully located ocean front condo. It had all the amenities one would need to make your vacation a memorable one. And communication with Marie was easy, helpful, and always respectful. All in all we were very pleased, and would definitely come back for a future stay. 5 stars

Beach by the Coquina

One of the best properties where we have ever stayed. The host was great. St. Augustine and Daytona were only 20 or so miles away. Flagler beach is awesome too. The Coquina are interesting to observe on our walks on the beach. 2 thumbs way up for this property. We would come back and stay!

Awesomeness on the Atlantic

This is my 2nd time staying here. It is my sincere desire to return as often as possible. There is literally nothing to critique. The condo is immaculate. The property is expertly maintained. The beach is exceptional. Marie & Kevin are consummate hosts. They have put great effort into making this a phenomenal place to relax and enjoy the beach. The photos and description of the condo are spot on. Thank you for another week of blissful memories!

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean

One of my close friends and I decided to do a girls trip. Thank goodness we stayed at this wonderful condo. There are so many parts of this vacation that made it special: -amazing oceanfront views -wonderful host -large wrap around balcony -beach towels and chairs provided -starter supplies that helped us throughout our stay -dolphins swimming up and down the coast. I hope I have the opportunity to go again.

Another return trip success!

This was our 3rd year staying in Marie's condo and it was just as wonderful and relaxing as it was the first time! Everything you need is provided. It's a short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine for shopping and exploring, and just far enough outside of that area to avoid the crowds. The condo's beach is very nice and had just a few people on it so we were able to relax without dealing with a bunch of people. It was quite hot while visiting. Marie's AC worked perfectly to keep us cool while indoors. The private pool was also a nice touch for cooling off with no crowds. Thank you so much for letting us visit again, Marie! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Marie is a great communicator; responds promptly and provides details throughout the condo to aide, giving directions. We never have visited Palm Coast. The rocks on the beach are something to see; great for pictures. The beach was not crowded. It was very peaceful!

Another great stay

Our second time here and will be back! Gorgeous view, clean and very well equipped, easy in and out from garage. Pool, beach and intracoastal waterway access makes you happy to stay put, but Palm Coast and St. Augustine close by. Marie a good communicator so you know what to expect. Great stay!

Beautiful views!

Can't say enough about the views from the balcony! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The gazebo and fishing dock on the Mantanza River was a wonderful added treat. We saw dolphins, a manatee and beautiful sunsets. Marie was always helpful and quick to answer any questions. Great, quiet location close to St. Augustine and Flagler.

Great stay at great location

We had a fantastic stay at Marie's property. The view from her apartment and on the balcony was really incredible. While in the apartment we spent a lot of time on the balcony and really enjoyed the view. The beach is rocky and if one isn't aware of that it could be a problem. But we still enjoyed the beach and at low tide went searching through tide pools and even found a starfish. If you want a more traditional all sand beach there is one about 10 minutes north by bike. We didn't have any issues with the apartment except some trouble getting the tv remote to work properly but this issue as well as any questions we had were always answered promptly. Marie is a great host. Overall we were very happy with the location and the apartment and if we vacation in the area again we would certainly want to rent this apartment again.

Wonderful view and condo!

We had a lovely time at this condo. It was very clean; well equipped; quiet; and there was plenty to do in the area. We loved walk-in on the beach in the morning and waking up to the sunrise which you can view while still in bed! We will return!

Relaxing vacation.

Enjoyed our stay immensely, the condo offered everything we needed and much more. Since the onset of the pandemic we haven't travelled on vacation in a couple of years, so the view and sound of the ocean was truly welcomed. And I mean that literally and figuratively, with the patio door open you can hear the ocean from every room in the house. We will definitely return to rent from our wonderful host again. Palm Coast is a nice little slice of paradise for sure.

Great beach-view getaway

2-bedroom, 2-bath condo was great. Fantastic balcony to view the ocean and relax. Pool available. Be aware this section of beach is all rocky, not good for swimming. I enjoyed climbing on the rocks at low tide, with good hiking shoes on. This is a 5- to 15- minute drive to great restaurants in Palm Coast, Crescent Beach, St. Augustine Beach or Flagler Beach. (We did eat out for all meals except breakfast and some lunches, vs. cooking.) It is a clean, nice unit. Great TV, kitchen, and master bath shower. Marie was great - helpful, friendly and accessible.

Mismatched everything

The condo does has a huge balcony but it also is furnished with kmart style plastic stacking chairs. The table is held down with a bungy and a 15 pound weight. Those chairs you see in the photos that look like Adirondack chairs are plastic. So the size of the patio is negated as it is not comfortable to relax on. Now imagine a zebra and then imagine a teflon sauce pan. That is the only sauce pan. I suggest you don't use it because teflon should not be eaten! There is what I image was supposed to be a valance in the small bedroom but it does not go all the way across the window and it is held up by thumbtacks. It appears ro be a table runner folded in half. There is decor in the master bath held up by thumbtacks also. The side tables in the master bedroom are covered with shelf liner like the one ypu buy at the dollar tree. I call it mismatched because nothing matches starting with dishes, furniture, bedspreads in the small bedroom, picture frames and patio furniture which also included 2 metal corroded bar stools. I don't know if the owners just never go there or they just don't care that all the furniture looks like it was purchased at goodwill. The sliding door to the patio from the master was dirty which was frustrating because we are there for the view. I will not rent that condo again. I felt like I was just there to pay their mortgage and not like I was a welcome guest who's comfort was important to the owners.

Oceanfront Balcony w/3 Heated pools in a relatively unknown area - a world away from the tourist traps and 'party' hangouts of other Florida beach areas. 30 minutes to St.Augustine, from our door.
Gorgeous Golf Courses and exclusive communities (Hammock Beach)are our neighbors on one side; environmentally protected lands on the other!
We also love the art galleries & chic European atmosphere of nearby St. Augustine --- that is, whenever we can tear ourselves away from the Beach!!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

One of the last uncrowded 'true beaches' in Florida. We always walk & explore for hours - time just slips by because its so beautiful and pleasant. While biking (BYOB: bring your own Bike!) the trail or walking the beach, We've seen: peacocks,turtles, starfish, DOLPHINS, Florida bobcat (@Washington Oaks Park), Eagles and more. Not to mention shells, starfish, and crabs. And yet, I've Only seen 4 jellyfish, total! in 20 yrs. Another benefit: NO driving on the beach. (go to Daytona for that).
