Whether you’re visiting for a ski weekend, a summer escape, or a fall adventure, this cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, character, and convenience. In the summer months, guests can relax and cool off at the Sierra Lane outdoor swimming pool, available exclusively to residents and visitors of the community.



The Space:

Welcome to Apes and Away, a cozy and family-friendly 3-bedroom condo perfectly located in the heart of Blue Mountain. Designed for families and groups, this spacious second-floor retreat combines modern comfort with warm mountain charm — the ideal base for your next ski trip, summer adventure, or relaxing weekend getaway.



Step inside to an open-concept main floor, where the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before hitting the slopes or hosting a relaxed dinner, the kitchen’s layout keeps everyone connected. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table or grab a quick bite at the casual breakfast bar.



After a day of exploring, unwind in the inviting living room, featuring comfortable seating and a gas fireplace perfect for cozy nights in. Step outside to your private patio and take in the fresh Blue Mountain air, or simply relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. A convenient half bathroom is located on the main floor for easy access.



Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms designed for relaxation and privacy. The primary suite features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. The second bedroom offers another queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds great for kids or friends. An additional full bathroom with a shower stall ensures plenty of space for everyone.



Whether you’re visiting for the Blue Mountain Village, ski slopes, golf courses, or scenic hiking and biking trails, Apes and Away offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and charm. With space for the whole family, modern amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere, this condo is your home away from home in Blue Mountain.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer located directly behind the unit.



Getting Around:

There is one designated parking spot for the unit and visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.



The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5 minute walk, or 1 minute drive away. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.



** Pool towels are not provided, please remember to bring your own **



Sierra Lane Community is undergoing renovations to the exterior of each building. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays. Please note that construction work for the exterior of the building housing unit 217 will take place in the Fall/Winter of 2025. Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.
