Accommodation Policies:
-People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
-The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- The “Tenant” should keep the property and all furnishings in good order
- The “Tenant” should only use appliances for their intended uses.
- Parking: Parking is limited to __4__ vehicles . Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
- Pool: [No children under the age of 12 permitted in the pool at any time] [without adult supervision]. When using the pool, remember there is a certain safety risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
-The “Tenant” must keep gates of the property closed when he/she enters or when he/she leaves the villa.
- Water: Water is not drinkable in Mykonos. Always use bottled water. Also water is a rarity on the islands so use it wisely in order to be environmentally friendly.
- Septic. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. The “Tenant” must not flush anything, not even the toilet paper. There are waste baskets in every toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to 2.000 euros.]
-No parties and loud music that will disturb the surrounding properties during the time curfews are allowed in the property.
