Our lakefront private home is close to the Vernon yacht club, Paddlewheel Park and a short drive to Predator Ridge Golf Resort & Ellison Provincial Park. This fully furnished home was built in 2014 and comes with everything you could want including killer lake views from all levels. Enjoy the stylish elegance of a resort with the convenience of home and the amenities for your best vacation ever! One bedroom basement suite can be locked off or included in the main home space as well.

The house is perfect in its cleanness, tidiness and location.

We as a family of 5 members had a pleasant stay at this house. We would like to state our thanks and gratitude of the house owner for a professional and superb reception and care to make the best of our stay. We had enjoyed the neighborhood and the beautiful view of the mountains and Okanagan lake. The cleanness of the house, the tidiness and the location is awesome. We moved a lot during our vacation in British Columbia yet I would rate this house as one of the best of our stays. One of the early plans for future visits to Canada is to stay again at this house.

Awesome!!

I just wanted to say, not only was the place beautiful, but the renter was very awesome to deal with. She is a very nice lady and had everything organized for us when we got there. The property was immaculate and well setup for lake life! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did! Don't miss out on this beautiful home.

stunning home on the lake

this is a beautiful home. the pictures are very nice but don't even do it enough justice. we had a group of 10 and there was plenty of space for everyone, as we rented the suite as well. everything was new and modern and well decorated. we really enjoyed the kayaks that are provided. it's so much nicer to just drop into the water right out of the house rather than having to pack up the gear and drive somewhere. the owners are very kind and helpful and respond promptly to any question or concern. we would definitely stay here again. :)

Incredible Home on The Lake

Views, Views, Views!!! Awesome new home with all the modern conveniences and a private dock on Lake Okanagan within walking distance of Vernon Yatch Club and Paddlewheel Park with swimming beach. We enjoyed the modern Kitchen with Island and breakfast bar, great room with fireplace and patio to a huge covered deck for BBQuing and leasurely meals and drinks while watching the boats go by. The master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite and walk-in closet and its accross the whose second floor with its large private balcony also overlooking the lake with even better views. The walk out basement is ideal with its entertainment room with 2nd fireplace and 2 piece bathroom. It has 3 full baths plus 2 half baths, 4 bedrooms, 3 living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, a 3 car attached garage and every think that you need for a perfect family holiday or romantic getaway. We would highly recommend this property.

I was raised on the lake, and this was a fabulous lakeshore opportunity in 1998, and remains so today. We like the location close to the Yacht Club as the breakwater helps lessen the boat traffic as well as offers some shelter from storms. The boat launch is close, as well as Paddlewheel Park if you want some more public beach activities.

This newer home can accommodate 10, maybe 11 people, with 6 in the main portion of the house, plus has a suite for 4 - 5 more included with the rental. It is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to the Yacht Club and parks. The water has a gradual slope into the deeper portions - no steep drop offs. We have a convenient buoy that you can fasten your own boat to, or your rental boat.
