It was good. Once you get set up on the app to open all the doors, it all works fine. The gym is great as was the pool. The apartment staff are also helpful and friendly. Easy location for I45 and The Woodlands.

I would rate as excellent but for three things that are out of the owners control. First the positives. The apartment was nice and clean when I arrived. Everything worked in the apartment. This property was very convenient to the airport, with a short trip up the Hardy Toll Rd. Serena always responded quickly to my concerns.The not so good: Every Wednesday morning about 4 AM the local CVS drug store which is really close to this apartment, recieves it's weekly resupply which is a quite noisy endeavor. 2nd issue, the security gate app began to drop me about half way through my stay, after Serena helped me resolve it the first time I was able to take care of it on my own, but it was an annoyance. Lastly, several of the full-time tenants enjoy smoking the herb; it seemed to linger in the hallways and stairwell. It was not my favorite smell first thing in the morning heading off to work or returning back in the evening. There is nothing that I expect from that, but if this is something that you cannot tolerate you might take it into consideration.
