All was good except did know a parking sticker was needed. Resulted in a 321 tow bill

Hi Michael, I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, but I’m really sorry about the parking situation—that’s definitely frustrating. Our check-in instructions do note that guest parking should be in the designated Visitor Parking areas. Only Reserved spots require a parking sticker, which result in towing if not followed. That said, I completely understand how this could have been confusing, and I apologize for the inconvenience it caused. If anything is ever unclear, I’m always happy to help in real time to avoid situations like this. Appreciate you staying with us and for the feedback.

The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location is convenient to The Woodlands and the interstate for a morning commute. Traffic does get congested commuting back from Houston or City Center. (the unit is not in City Center)Parking is a major issue. There are limited guest parking spots. There are 6 total on one side and about 8 on the other side. Tow trucks pass through frequently to tow cars out. The other issues is that the apartment may still be in violation of the host apartment complex lease agreement. When I was there, a notice weas put on the door stating that VRBO's are not allowed. This is a risk for guests as the apartment complex could lock you out and charge you with trespassing, though highly unlikely. The other personal thing I did not like was that you did not have access to the pool and the workout gym was very bad.

The apartment was just as described cozy clean and comfortable. The secure internet was easy to access and worked well. I would recommend the place again

The host communicated well with me. The apartment was clean. It’s about 14 miles from MD Anderson Woodlands if that is your reason for renting it. Enjoyed our stay.
