Comfortable, Well Equipped Condo

The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our Clemson graduation visit, and it was a short drive to the campus. Very satisfied.

Not worth the money

I’ll say great location! That was it. House was so dirty if we had anywhere else to go we would’ve left. Most uncomfortable pillows ever. Hair in the shower, stained towels. Book at your own risk but I will not be back

Gosh what a surprising review coming from you, and yet you didn't address that when you checked in. Remember you had my number so I can't understand why you would not contact me so that I could have sent housekeeping back to make any corrections to their services. That is a request that I make of all of my guests because housekeeping services are important to all of us.

Incredible Experience, Welcoming, Beautiful!

I just finished a 1 month stay at this property and it was absolutely magical! The condo is steps away from Lake Hartwell. There is a dock allowing for easy access with boats or paddle boards. There used to be a boat ramp next to the complex entrance but has obviously not been used in years. However, if you follow the path (abandoned boat ramp) there's an incredible view at the end with a private almost magical swimming hole. I have two children ages 7 and 9. They had the best time exploring and going on little adventures. The bedrooms in the condo are huge and the closets are ridiculously spacious. The pictures don't do this place justice. There is a large pool just steps away on the other side for the condo, which is where we spent a lot of time splashing. The other residents were very friendly and welcoming. I always felt safe which is important to me traveling alone with 2 children. Almost every day we spent at the pool my girls made a new friend. The kitchen is a little small but has everything you need, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. Like I already said the pictures don't do this place justice. Anytime I had an issue I messaged the owner and they responded within less than an hour but usually minutes. I can't wait to go back and spend more time there!!

Sad property

Rental process was OK, however this property is in desparate need of renovation. Carpets and furniture stink, there is a mold smell caused by water damage to the LR ceiling. The hall bath toilet is loose, floor tile is cracked everywhere. The oven does not work properly-only has one setting BURN. Dining table chai are not safe, they tip over when you stand and 1 chair was unusable. I could go on! We only stayed because there was no other place available and we had to be near a home we are buying. We cleaned as best we could to make it livable. The general condition of the Northlake Condos is shabby.

Unfortunately you didn't alert us to any issues during your month long stay but yet you gave us an unsatisfactory review. Clemson Parent Weekend Getaway

We stayed at the property for Clemson Parent Weekend. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the campus, which was great. It was very quiet and peaceful at the unit. The property manager was easily accessible.

Excellent accommodations!

This property was ideal for our Thanksgiving with family. It was spacious with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. We would definitely book this condo again in the future.

Great condo! Easy to get to Clemson University!

Condo was great! Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Easy drive to & from Clemson for football weekend. Close to many stores & restaurants.
