We loved the quirkiness, location, and space we got with this property!! No trouble with parking, beautiful views from the rooftop, and conveniently located directly above Millie’s on Main-a delicious restaurant!! We travelled with our kids-5 and 8 years old-and evidently, if the kids are running around or a little rambunctious, it can be heard below in the restaurant so keep that in mind. We didn’t want to disrupt anyone’s meal so we were constantly aware of the kids activity during their business hours. Great little adventure weekend!

Loved it, great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance, very interesting property. BUT, the hot/cold lines on washer were reversed. Communication was spot on.

Space is well furnished, comfortable, right downtown and was priced right for our 3 night stay for Clemson Graduation and ROTC Commissioning. Communication was great and always available. Highly recommend this terrific apartment. Thanks Shay!

The loft was fabulous clean with so much space. The host had wine bottles, food, and etc for us, what a sweet treat. The location was great with plenty of restaurants, chocolate, ice cream, and shopping. We were twenty eight minutes away from Clemson baseball field. Thank you thank you for hosting me and my family this weekend! We will rebook again!

The first day we found dead bugs trash dirty laundry broken washer and dryer toilet didnt flush so we had to fix it the cabinets were covered in grease the pots and pans looked like they were found somewhere in the trash and there were huge spider nests and wasps! We had to listen to the neighbor screaming at her computer while streaming every night and singing to her baby in the morning! She never slept! The neighbor left her stroller in front of the only entry/exit for 3 days! I spoke to the owner and she called the cops instead of reaching out to the other tenant! The mattresses had no padding whatsoever so you basically slept on metal springs everything was damp cause the building has no air ventilation! The shower had mold on the ceiling the walls and the floor! We booked this for a group of 7 and 3 of us went and booked a hotel 3days in cause it was so bad! We were told to park in a private parking area and almost got towed! The property owner really didnt care about the building or the people renting it from her! The rooftop is a hazard with loose boards busted bulbs torn cushions and missing/loose guardrails! Definitely not worth it! Only reason I stayed is because it was minutes from my 90yr old grandmother's house and I was there to celebrate her birthday!

Okay location

The location was great directly downtown. The rear entrance could use a little cleaning up and it could be because of the surrounding businesses. It looks very pretty in the pictures, but I did find a bug in one of the beds and it looks like nobody had been in there to sweep or vacuum. Host was amazing. Communication was great. She helped me figure out the door codes. I loved the look and the feel of the apartment itself, but cleanliness could’ve been a lot better.

The open layout of this unit worked well for my young adult children and allowed them to sleep in until early afternoon with such limited sunlight in the unit. The rooftop was disappointing so I'm grateful we didn't plan too much around that. There is no view of anything pretty from the rooftop and the furniture is marginal. Having said that the host is incredibly accommodating and the unit was clean and spacious. We loved that there were lots of food options within walking distance.
