Beach Front Condo on the Strand, 101 Steps to the Beach STR2021-00204

Our condo is on the South end of Tybee so close to the beach that you can run home for bathroom breaks. The beach is right there for you to enjoy building sandcastles, swimming, bodysurfing, sunbathing, and relaxing. If it is too hot or windy on the beach, sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean view-also good if you get sunburned from sitting out too long. The view from the deck will make it hard to leave, but inside we have a nicely appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for you to enjoy. You can always order take out from the restaurants that are so close you just have to walk to pick up the order.
Our condo is on the Strand close to restaurants and bars in addition to the beach. Fanny's on the Beach is next door, they have cover bands on the weekends in season. There are restaurants and bars on the Strand and around the corner on Tybrisa. Once you arrive and park your car, there is no need to get back in it until you are ready to leave the Island. You can walk or bike everywhere!

We enjoyed our stay…Mary the co-owner greeted us as soon as we arrived. She pointed out the most interesting sites and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well supplied. I would definitely recommend this property…

Absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful, super clean, and literally just steps from the beach, the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host went above and beyond by leaving local beer and wine in the fridge for us to enjoy when we arrived. Such a thoughtful touch!We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this property, hosted by Paul and Mary, many times and can not wait to come back. The condo is perfect from the welcoming interior to the location, and especially the front deck with a view that you never want to leave. The place is well stocked with everything you need for a week at the beach, and communication and checking in are always smooth and easy. We hope to see this place again very soon!

We had an exceptional stay! The condo was meticulously cleaned, well decorated, and comfortable. Mary met us at check-in and gave us a wonderful rundown of the town. We spent a ton of time on the balcony, enjoying the view. We really appreciated the beach supplies. We forgot beach toys for our 6 year and everything we needed was available. The beach cart was especially useful! I don’t have a single complaint and will definitely be coming back for another visit!

We had an amazing stay! Paul & Mary provided everything we needed that other hosts don’t usually think of. Communication was great & they were always there to help whenever we had questions. We can’t wait to be back next year.

The cleanest codo we have ever rented on Tybee. It had everything we needed for our stay. The view was amazing. The hosts were just a text away, if needed. We have found our home away from home.

The condo was perfect for our family of three. The owners are fantastic and responsive, and they helped us navigate the area and solve any issues. The condo is in easy walking distance of the main part of downtown, and Paul was super helpful in providing information about the island, tides, and things to do.

This was our 3rd time staying here and it was another excellent experience. The hosts were welcoming as always. Our Tybee home was very good as always. We are already looking forward to when we come back in December!

From the personal greeting to the amazing sunrises to the evenings on the beach - this is a great place to stay. Close to restaurants and the pier and within driving distance of Savannah.

Hosts were great and location was perfect as we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Great view of the ocean from the deck. Condo had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island!

We bought this condo because of its great location so close to the beach at the South End of Tybee. We live on Tybee full time and wanted an extra place just for rentals, and overflow when our family visits! We have many wonderful summer memories spent at the beach and want to provide a place for you to make your own memories. Tybee is a special place and we want to share it with you.

We like the South end of Tybee because it is close to the beach, Back River, and you can walk/bike where ever you want to go. You are so close to the beach that it is easy to run home for bathroom breaks. Or if it is too hot or windy on the beach, sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean view. This condo is on the Strand close to restaurants and bars in addition to the beach. Fanny's on the Beach is next door, they have cover bands during the summer on the weekends. There are restaurants and bars on the strand and around the corner on Tybrisa.
This is our second condo in the area, around the corner on 17th Street, we have '101 Steps to the Beach, Sun, Sand, and Body Surfing Waves.' We purchased that condo in 2010 and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting all of the guests that have chosen to stay with us. We provide the same type of Tybee experience for you, only this new condo has a better view and is closer to the Tybee nightlife! Tybee Island is a wonderful place to sit on the beach, swim in the ocean, build sandcastles, bike, walk on the beach, kayak to uninhabited islands, fish, bird watch and unwind on Tybee time.
