This Adults Only condo is beachfront, steps from the beach. There are few condos on Tybee with this view and the price is affordable for most. Unobstructed Top Floor View!
If you are looking for a place to unwind or spend some quality time with your partner, this is the place. You may spend most of your time on the balcony because the view is awesome and there is so much to see from your 3rd floor perch. Dining on the balcony offers the best intimate dining experience on the island. Buy some local shrimp, cook and eat it here. Drink in the view and save it on your hard drive. You will find it difficult to leave this Island Paradise.
The condo is located in a gated community in a quiet residential area on the north side of the island. The complex has 2 unheated swimming pools that are open 12 months. If you like to walk, the beach awaits you just steps away. You can walk downtown to the pier (3.1 miles) and return by city streets to enjoy some shopping or restaurants on your return trip. The complex has Pickleball and Tennis courts for your enjoyment, bring your own equipment. You will find games, and books for rainy day entertainment. (No DVD player)
You will find 2 Beach Chairs, beach umbrella and bag cooler to use during your stay.
Packing List:
Swimming suit, flip-flops, sunscreen, hat, toiletries, favorite beverage, EZ to prepare food and snacks, camera and a roll of quarters for the laundry room (if you use it). Condo parking is FREE, only ONE vehicle is allowed per unit. No golf carts or trailers are permitted on the property.
SNOWBIRDS: Posted winter rates are a fraction of season rates. I will not discount more.
Will rent 1 and 2 night gaps in calendar. Please inquire with owner.
I highly suggest you purchase trip insurance to insure your vacation, I do when I travel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for us. We loved watching the dolphins and boats every day. We were sad to leave, but look forward to coming back soon!

Stayed there before 5 years ago, nothing had changed,except the price doubled. Could use some upgrades, bathroom ceiling getting moldy, patio door hard to open and close, furnace making a lot of noise, especially at night. Awesome location and view.

Mary, Thank you for returning to Tybee View. I'll be visiting the property next week and will address all issues. We have a new HVAC system and water heater so the noise you mention is concerning. The patio door/window is scheduled for replacement this winter.

A very nice, clean and well located property on Tybee island. Not huge, but quaint. Easy walk to the beach and with 2 pool (one on each side of the property). Will definitely be back.

The property was very accurately described. It was perfect for a couples get away. The view was so beautiful, and we saw dolphins every day. Everything you need is provided, even things I didn’t expect like insect repellent ( which we needed one evening sitting on the balcony). We enjoyed the week and would love to come back!

Nice condo on the inlet. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen, but for the few days we were there, it wasn't a big deal. quiet and peaceful!

Beautiful cozy place! Perfect for my husband and I. Condo had everything we needed for the beach. We came in at night in the rain, so the lock box and letters on the building was hard to see. Everything about this place was nice, clean, and convenient. The complex doesn’t allow go carts parked on site, which makes it harder to get around. Be aware if you’re thinking about renting more than a day.

Exactly as described, great view of the ocean and dolphins seen from the balcony every day! Just enough room for a couple’s trip. Very walkable area. TVs a little dated but much more to better spend time on. Condo was neat and clean.

The location was wonderful. View from the balcony was amazing. The condo was welcoming and felt like home away from home. Very clean and well stocked with whatever you may need while there.
