Location, Location, Location. Outstanding VIEW.
This Adults Only condo is beachfront, steps from the beach. There are few condos on Tybee with this view and the price is affordable for most. Unobstructed Top Floor View!

If you are looking for a place to unwind or spend some quality time with your partner, this is the place. You may spend most of your time on the balcony because the view is awesome and there is so much to see from your 3rd floor perch. Dining on the balcony offers the best intimate dining experience on the island. Buy some local shrimp, cook and eat it here. Drink in the view and save it on your hard drive. You will find it difficult to leave this Island Paradise.

The condo is located in a gated community in a quiet residential area on the north side of the island. The complex has 2 unheated swimming pools that are open 12 months. If you like to walk, the beach awaits you just steps away. You can walk downtown to the pier (3.1 miles) and return by city streets to enjoy some shopping or restaurants on your return trip. The complex has Pickleball and Tennis courts for your enjoyment, bring your own equipment. You will find games, and books for rainy day entertainment. (No DVD player)
You will find 2 Beach Chairs, beach umbrella and bag cooler to use during your stay.
Packing List:
Swimming suit, flip-flops, sunscreen, hat, toiletries, favorite beverage, EZ to prepare food and snacks, camera and a roll of quarters for the laundry room (if you use it). Condo parking is FREE, only ONE vehicle is allowed per unit. No golf carts or trailers are permitted on the property.

SNOWBIRDS: Posted winter rates are a fraction of season rates. I will not discount more.
Will rent 1 and 2 night gaps in calendar. Please inquire with owner.
I highly suggest you purchase trip insurance to insure your vacation, I do when I travel.

1st trip to Tybee

We loved our stay. The view was amazing, we enjoyed watching the Dolphins and the short walk to the beach. Will definitely be back. Very neat and clean.

Efficient smaller condo with everything needed.

Condo location was on river side of Tybee Island far enough north to escape crowded beaches. Lots of dolphins jumping, shrimp boat and cargo ship traffic. Restaurant selection was great. Spring is better than summer for a visit as July was HOT and humid and it’s crowded when school gets out. We enjoyed it!!

Condo clean and as described. Building and condo itself is in need of updating. Had some issues with water bugs getting into our bath towels, which was a little disconcerting. Very quiet and peaceful vacation.

Beautiful views and great room!

We’ve stayed a few places at this property and around the island as we come almost every year. Have to say this was our favorite so far. Love how they opened it up compared to others. It’s obviously clean and well cared for. And seeing the dolphins all day from the balcony never gets old. Definitely would book this one again!

Place to envy!

View from private balcony of clean, quiet beach and non-stop dolphins was perfect. Condo clean and so convenient. Rented bikes and were able to "do the whole island". Bed comfy and all the comforts of home. Don't pass this one up!

The property had wonderful views of the river and was a short walk to south beach and the ocean. The appliances and sofa could use an update. But it was clean and we didn't spend too much time inside.

Property is an older condo. Comfortable bed and outstanding view of the water. We would have appreciated if condo was more cleanly. And toilet was not stable. Will probably be back!

Pretty good spot

The place was a bit smaller and dated than we were expecting.... but it turned out to be a very positive experience. The location was away from the much busier town area... a plus for us! It was quiet. It has a view of the water that was the highlight of the place... dolphins every day. Ships, boats, birds, etc. All good. Everything close by and easy access to walks on the beach. We would recommend it.

Peaceful Getaway

This condo was exactly as it was described. We saw dolphins EVERY DAY. In the morning and in the evenings. Many of them frolicked and it was amazing to see. The sunsets were unreal. We had just the right amount of space for the two of us. We had pretty much everything we needed. The bed was comfy and we loved the sheets! We appreciated the central A/C and heat given we ended up needing both during our stay. We loved Tybee Island and hope to come back. It was so hard to come home. We visited Savannah as well given the close proximity. The gated community was nice, especially since we came into town during "Orange Crush" weekend. We couldn't hear a thing and our beach was nice & secluded. Fantastic property, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time when we needed help finding the key the host was very helpful and giving us directions and where they were located. It’s a beautiful location. We watched the ships come in and out and the dolphins playing in the water.

The location is perfect. We watched the dolphins the first day we were there, but the rest of the 5 days we were there it was really windy and rainy. It would be nice if the trees/greenery could be trimmed down a bit so you could see the beach better. We would definitely recommend this location to our friends.
