Place was absolutely amazing. My family and I had a great time and loved the house. Close enough to the beach without having to deal with all the hustle and bustle of the crowds nonstop. Great mix of all that the beach has to offer and peaceful nights when you’re ready to relax. I would definitely book this space again in the future.

Location gave the vacation vibe and well taken care of. Easy access to stores and gas.Just wish we could find the pool pass.

Great stay location Loved how close the pool was Only thing that would make it better for us would be a fence in the back since we had small kids

The House was amazing! Any questions we had were answered quickly. It was a great get away. We enjoyed it a lot! Would rent it again, for sure!

Great property, enjoyed our stay

We had a really good time at the Grill and Chill property in Ocean City. The house was well appointed and spacious and met all our needs for our long weekend stay. The neighborhood was great and the pool right down the street was a huge bonus. We did have a few ants around the kitchen sink but it wasn't bad enough to really bother us.

Family Vacation

We had such a wonderful stay at the Grill n Chill. The set up outside is very fun. We loved making s’mores , playing ladder toss (which we had to go buy) and watching tv outside !!!! That was the topper for the kids. Sad to see it for sale

Here are, first, positives of this booking. And second, disappointments, of our trip: - Beautifully decorated and comfortable - Great house for everyone to spread out; great dining room table to eat and play games and plenty of room in living room to watch tv together - Location is great with most of what is needed nearby (as long as you are ok not being super close to the beach)- Outdoor space is beautiful. Just didn’t get to use it a lot due to rain- Tons of board games and puzzles - Coffee syrups expired 4 years ago- Grill didn’t work (out of propane?)- Ice cubes won’t come down chute on fridge door - Not great if you want to cook (not even measuring spoons); we bought some measuring spoons/cups at thrift stores so you beat least have those now. Overall, this was honestly a GREAT house!! There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. I mention the things about the kitchen only so others come prepared, or they look for a house with these things needed in the kitchen. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and extremely enjoyable for our family trip! The pool was fantastic and so close. It’s really a great place and we had a wonderful vacation!

We’re sorry that the expired coffee syrups, grill, refrigerator ice dispenser, and missing kitchen utensils were not up to our usual standards. We’ll be sure to address these items so future guests have what they need for cooking. We also appreciate you leaving the measuring cups and spoons for future guests—that was very thoughtful of you! We’re sorry the rain kept you from enjoying the beautiful outdoor space as much as you would have liked, but we’re glad the home provided plenty of comfortable indoor space and activities to make up for it. Thank you again for your honest and helpful feedback, and for the many kind things you had to say about the home. We’re so happy to hear that, overall you had a great stay and would love to welcome you and your family back for another vacation!
