I was very impressed with the hospitality of this host with her prompt responses. Definitely a large palce to host the whole family and some.

Host was good at communicating! Perfect location for the stay and we always felt safe, as an all female group! We loved the local vibe, everyone was friendly!

Very nice place. Clean. Nice pool. Nice deck. Comfortable beds. Could have been closer to the boardwalk. Erica was very easy to deal with & responds quickly.

The place was clean, close to the beach, and the host was super responsive when issues came up. We had a blast because the location is so bomb! Wish we would've booked at least 1 more night. Definitely want to come back!

Thor entire condo was clean. Normal signs of wear and tear for a beach condo. Still in excellent condition. We arrived a little early. The cleaner was still cleaning. We went down the street Dumser’s had ice cream went back and she was just about done. By that time it was check in time. There were plenty of bath towels.Parking was easy once we found out that there is no parking pass to display. Ericka responded immediately to any inquiries that I had. Pool season was over. It was very clean looking. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Getting in was a little challenging because we weren't provided the elevator code nor directed to the correct elevator to use as both elevators don't go to all floors and they weren't labeled on the building itself. Toilet paper and linens are not provided but there is no notice of this and is unusual compared to the plethora of other Vrbo experiences we've had. While the floors were vacuumed, cleaning stopped right at the edge of the living room furniture as you could see lots of debris peeking out from under the sofa, etc.

Can't go wrong staying at this condo

You can't go wrong renting this 3 bedroom condo with a good location and outdoor pool.

The overall experience was nice, but there were some stains on the bedding, the bunks and other bed frames were unstable and creaked a lot, one bed was not made, the refrigerator was not cold when we got there, someone was in our designated parking spot when we arrived, and we initially were given the incorrect code to enter the unit. The hosts were mostly responsive and we had a good time otherwise. The hosts did get someone to come out and take a look at the fridge which was very much appreciated! The house was very close to the beach, Seacrets, and other food and entertainment.

Only 5 channels on the TV, no pool which was a necessity for our travel needs, no bath tub stopper for the children to bathe, sheets left at front door in open trash bag.

Summer beach trip

This was an extremely nice property in a great location. Bigger than it looks in the pictures, especially master bedroom. Great location, clean, and the perfect getaway for friends of family.

If you're looking for a spacious place to stay with friends then this is a good, clean place. The location is the best part if you're going to be going to the popular areas.

Soccer tournament

Would definitely recommend this place, great location. Restaurants and shopping all nearby. Place was bigger than expected inside with two nice balconies overlooking pool and nice view of the bay. 3 full baths were also nice with 4 teenagers, kids had a blast.

The condo itself is spacious, quiet and an overall wonderful place to stay. Our biggest issue was there is a surprising lack of basic household essentials provided for your stay.

Amazing weekend away in OCMD!

This property is amazing! We were worried that it may be a little small (there were 8 of us) but when we arrived it was spacious and fit all of us comfortably! The apartment itself is beautiful and it is located in the best area if you’re looking to go to Seacrets and the other local bars. The pool, balcony, and sunroof were also a major plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

My friends and I stayed at Erika’s condo for a quick weekend getaway. It was absolutely wonderful. Erika provided helpful information prior to our arrival that allowed us to have a smooth check in and know what to bring for our stay. The place was even better than the pictures and the location was so convenient to everything! The beach, restaurants and boardwalk are all either walkable or quick drive down the Main Street. I would absolutely stay there again if I find myself in the area.

Big place, Amazing location!

Totally loved this stay and its location was spot-on! Just a heads up though, bring your own towels, TP, and cleaning stuff. Oh, and grab some bathroom mats too, unless you fancy a slippery dance like I did! Also, kinda bummed about paying cleaning fee and still having to tidy up before leaving. But hey, apart from that, it was an awesome stay!

Overall a great stay with a great location, would stay here again.

This house was overall a great stay for 10 people. It was in a great location, checkin was super easy and the communication with the host was 10/10. About a week before check in we were sent check in instructions. The only thing I would say is that they did not provide towels or paper products and it’s really easy to forget things like bath mats and face cloths. Regardless, still a great stay. Also some of the blinds were broken when we arrived but it did not effect our sleeping.

Everything in the condo was good! Recommend bring your own pots, pans, oven mitts, kitchen towels, sponges, dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels. Extra coffee mugs if more than 4 adults. Location is amazing and beach access is right there from your door step. Housekeeping could have done a better job if given more time to clean throughly a day or two before the next check-in.
