This beautiful property was perfect for my first Sedona vacation with a long-time friend. We had everything we needed, lots of relaxing space, comfortable beds, a great location, and a spectacular view! It was a perfect "home base" for several excursions, including the Verde Valley train ride and a guided day tour to the Grand Canyon, not to mention some excellent local wineries in the Page Springs area. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

This home is definitely worthy of a five star stay! Water and fire features in the beautiful back yard with views of the mountains from kitchen, dining, living room and the sun porch!! Clean and has everything you would need to use for cooking in! Michele was extremely responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay again. We walked just a few blocks to the Sugarloaf/Teacup trails also!

Great location! Easy check in process. Beautiful house, fully equipped kitchen and great yard to sit and relax after a full day of sightseeing! The beds were comfortable, loved having washer/dryer available. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Michelle was very helpful, the house and landscaping are beautiful, and the location was perfect for easy access to hiking trails.

Loved our stay! It was clean and comfortable, fully stocked, and beautiful backyard view! The stream flowing through the backyard and the outdoor seating and fire pit made it easy to spend time outside among the red rocks and the stars!

This was one of the nicest short-term rentals I've stayed in .... everything was perfect! Stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals at home, comfortable beds and seating throughout the house, great outdoor firepit, calm and soothing backyard with a waterfall. Location was perfect as well!

This property was a fantastic place to stay in Sedona, especially with a family. The home is spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked with ample dishes and cookware. The location is perfect and the outdoor space is lovely. Communication with the owner was prompt. We would highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again.

I wasn't sure if a 10/10 property would live up to the rating, and did it ever. This property is super clean, in a very convenient location, and the view out the back was amazing. The property has many amenities and the host has thought of everything. The back yard is very inviting with a waterfall landscape feature that is super relaxing, along with a gas-type firepit. We didn't get around to using the grill and outdoor dining area, but it was clean and ready to go. Day one of our trip was very rainy and we had neglected to bring our umbrellas, but the host had umbrellas available! By day 3 we were exhausted from big hikes and were looking for a simple, easy one. The property is located walking distance to the Sugarloaf summit, a short easy hike with a beautiful panoramic view of Sedona. Overall very comfortable and well equipped. Would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely perfect location with stunning views. Clean comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We took a walk around the neighborhood one day and enjoyed seeing the other homes; the second morning we did a 2.5 mile hike that was accessible from just a couple of blocks away. We loved it and would one hundred percent choose again.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location in West Sedona is quiet and beautiful. The home was immaculately clean and so comfortable for our group of 4. Michelle has thought of every detail and clearly cares about this property. Communication was also excellent! I’ll return - in a heartbeat!
