Great stay

This property is a 10 out of 10. Great location- Close to downtown Sedona. It is also close to so many beautiful hikes. Everything about this home is elevated, from the beautiful finishes throughout the home as well as towels and sheets. It was very comfortable and we loved our time there..

Fabulous

This home is lovely. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Easy check in process. Greeted by owner on arrival. Our questions were answered quickly. When we had an issue getting the fire pit working Peter came right over to check on it. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to attractions and hiking. Open floor plan to hang out together with plenty of room for everyone to have space of their own. Highly recommend.

Clean home with great view

My wife & I enjoyed our week long stay here. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Location was nice and quiet with an amazing view from the front porch.

Wonderful place with great amenities

The house is a wonderful place to stay in the Sedona area. It's located in the western part of town, but easy to get around town. The cottage is modern, clean, contains everything needed, and full of other helpful amenities. Peter was very responsive and helpful with updates and recommendations. We highly recommend to anyone and would gladly stay here again next time in the area.

Lovely Stay in Sedona

Rented for a week and it was perfect for us. Location, view, amenities were as described. We did not need the fireplace so it not working was not a big deal to us.

Highly recommend overall with one mention…

Loved location, view, ease of check-in/out, and overall comfort of home. Deck could use some updates (screen door sticks & peeling paint) including more relaxing patio furniture and wish access to hot tub was outside master bedroom on deck instead of behind house far from door. Also would have appreciated side table by hot tub and cleaning off webs on stairs before use. Incorporating citronella candles or repellent system would have been ideal as well. Many mosquitoes prohibited full enjoyment. If hot tub isn’t your thing then I’d give it a thumbs up (5 star) recommendation for your stay.

Relaxing, beautiful view, great location!

We enjoyed our stay on this property so much! The house was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely recommend this home to everyone and would stay there again if we're able to go back to Sedona in the future.

Wife's Birthday

We booked this lovely home for a 6 night getaway for my wife's birthday. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. The house was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. I would definitely book this property again.

Wonderful property!

Vacation in Sedona

Very updated and very clean. Wish there was some seasoning in the cupboard. Quiet and close to Sedona. Loved sitting out on the front deck and the backyard was private.

Lovely house and neighborhood

Came to Sedona for my son and my birthdays. We had a very nice stay even with some rain and snow showers! The only thing I would ask is for some salt and pepper. Other than that, so relaxing and loved the house. 10/10

Fantastic

This was an awesome property with a beautiful view! Peter was kind enough to bring the over 50 ladies fans, one for each of us! Location was close to everything without being right downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Honeymoon home

We loved staying here during our honeymoon. Very clean, well kept home, and the heated bathroom floors are the best! Great floor plan for group fun if you bring the whole family, but the bedrooms are all far enough away that everyone has privacy.

St Louis couple

House was conveniently located close to stores and restaurants but also gave us the feeling of being off the beaten path. We loved the cleanliness and attention paid to practical needs. House was well appointed and gave us a homey feel. We absolutely loved sitting in the hot tub under the stars.

Perfect getaway house
