We had a fantastic stay—the condo was immaculate, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked. The owner was highly responsive and provided a helpful welcome guide with great recommendations. The bed was comfortable, and the condo was quiet. We loved the easy walk to the restaurant, pool, and beach, and the sunrise view from the balcony was unforgettable. We look forward to returning soon.

Condo was perfect, beach was amazing. The view from condo is spectacular! Location couldn’t be better, minutes away from red hook ( restaurants, shopping, bars and ferry to take over to St. John) will definitely be staying here again.

Mike provided great tips and information about the island. The unit was in immaculate condition with great amenities and clear directions on their use. As an architect I appreciated all of the attention to detail and quality in the upgrades. Mike checked in a couple times during our stay to make sure we had no problems.

Mike is a great host, proactive, thoughtful, and helpful. Excellent communication and responsiveness. His condo is beautifully renovated, well provisioned, with an amazing view. Highly recommended!

This condo is beautifully decorated and anything we could possibly need was available. By far, the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed. Small details, like the light/fan switches being labeled, make huge differences. Pools are great but watch for the iguanas. They don’t bother you. Just outside the condo are papaya trees and soursop trees. The property felt safe. The view is amazing. Nearby Sudi’s is awesome for food, drinks and vibe. If you have difficulty with walking hills, probably should pick something further down but we didn’t mind it. I would recommend a private taxi driver or a car rental because the last thing you want to do dressed for dinner is hike down to the taxi stand. Host, Mike, was great at communication. He provided very helpful information to us prior to arrival and check in/ check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again and have zero complaints about the property.

Loved the condo. Clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and great location. The beach is a 2 min drive, and the owners have supplied you with everything you need for the beach. The restaurant onsite has great food and drinks.

Magical Views & A Flawless Sapphire Beach Escape!My wife and I had an absolutely incredible stay. The ocean view is truly magical, and the interior design of the home is stunning—it felt both high-end and incredibly comfortable.The location is unbeatable. Having walking access to Sapphire Beach was a total blessing, and we made full use of the beach chairs and cooler provided—thoughtful amenities that made our beach days seamless. Easy parking on-site was a huge plus, and being just 5 minutes from Red Hook made for some very fun evenings.Mike is a top-notch host. His communication is excellent, and the information packet he provided was filled with gold-standard recommendations for restaurants and activities. We especially appreciated his personal tips for where to watch the Super Bowl! We wouldn't change a single thing and can't wait to come back.

Great Stay in Saint Thomas!

Condo was exactly as described, super clean and in a great location! Thoughtful extra amenities including beach chairs, bag, cooler and snorkels made it easy to enjoy walking to the beach

Fabulous Condo

Loved this property, it had everything you could need for a great island vacation! It was nicely remodeled, close to the pool and beach. Owner was very helpful in all aspects of our stay!

The perfect island getaway...

This was our 2nd time staying at Sea-n-Island and I just can't brag enough on this little piece of heaven! From the kindness and helpfulness of the owners to the cleanliness of the property...everything was just perfect. We are already planning our next vacation here!

Excellent Stay

This placed was as advertised and a comfortable place to relax when we were not touring the island. Everything needed for amenities were there for our use. Mike checking in on us to ensure that our stay was comfortable and could not have asked for a better stay.

Amazing property in paradise

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed plus more! Mike was amazing with providing us with great recommendations ahead of time and responded very quickly anytime I had a question! They go above and beyond as hosts and the property is very well taken care of!

Gorgeous Property

Amazing views and everything you need for your stay plus more! Beautifully decorated condo was close to beaches and the ferry to St. John. Sudi's was the perfect place to grab a quick breakfast/lunch/dinner. I would definitely stay here again. We have stayed in lots of VRBO's throughout the Caribbean and this one is by far the absolute best!

The unit was perfect! They supplied everything you need except grogeries. The bea h was alittle stinky from sargasm but the unit was peaceful with a great viewm we will rent from Mike again!!!

Beautiful views and great accommodations!

What a great place to stay! It was everything we wanted it to be, and more. Mike and Melise were so helpful to go above and beyond to make sure we knew how to get around the island, which beaches to visit, where to grocery shop, and the best places to eat. This was our first time visiting and their advice helped us to relax and enjoy everything. When we return, we will certainly stay here again.

Awesome host and property

Mike was just great -- he allowed us an early check-in, asked if we made it OK, provided tons of dining recommendations, and even sent me a text when he heard of some live music. The property was clean and well appointed. Couldn't ask for more!
