Clean property with nice decor, close walk to beach, when minor things came up (such as keypad not working due to internet outage) host responded promptly. There is lots to do nearby too and it’s great you can bring your pet.

This town house was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, perfectly located for the walk to the beach.I would suggest that the owner purchase some beach towels for the beach, but other than that, it had everything we needed.If I return to Myrtle Beach in the future, I would rent this property again.

The property was exactly as described. The location was so convenient to everything! The beach was a short walk that we easily walked with a full wagon of stuff! There was a Walmart neighborhood market 1 or 2 blocks away that was super convenient for groceries! We would definitely like to stay here again when we come back! Would recommend!

The house was in a great location. The house felt cozy and clean. The house had everything that we needed for our trip.

The property was exactly as advertised and worked great for my family. The only downside was all the stuff kept falling off the walls because they were hung up with 3M velcro tape (clock, pictures).

The place had several black marks of grease/dirt on the walls (needs a new paint job), some of the tiles were loose, there were several tiny sharp objects (found an earring) hidden in the carpet, and the place smelled like mildew. The pull-out couch had a giant rusty red stain. The couch arms had a sticky residue. The dining chairs were all loose and wobbly. The half-bath toilet rocked when you sat on it. Some of the pots/pans were greasy when I pulled them out to use for the first time. The refrigerator was leaking water into the crisper bin drawers. There was an outlet that did not work. The master bathroom was smaller than the guest bathroom and very difficult to move around in. The description listed beach chairs, but they were not foldable to carry to the beach, so we could not really use them. The description said sleeps six, but there were not enough cups, mugs, utensils, beach towels for everyone. The description said equipped kitchen, but there were missing serving utensils, the oven trays were not the traditional 9x13, the "lobster pot" was actually a small soup pot.

The overall townhouse was clean. It was conveniently located and easy to locate. Parking was also good. It accommodated our needs for a short getaway. However, it does need some updating. The master bedroom bathroom is very small and the countertop is significantly low. The countertop rested on my thighs and that's coming for someone who is 5ft tall. There was also a rip or tear in the carpet of the master bedroom. There was no mattress cover on the bed and limited towels and wash cloths. We had to purchase some items to make our stay more accommodating.
