Nice and comfort 3/2 house 10 minutes to Disneyland or Knotts

Located in a very quite neighborhood. Only ten minutes away from Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and The Rinks Anaheim Ice.

There are three bedrooms with one common space for sleeping.

One bedroom with Queen size bed and a baby crib, one bedroom with California King size bed and a toddler bed. There are two full size beds in the last bedroom, one of them is a full/twin trundle bed. There is a convertible sofa bed in the family room.

Tile and wood flooring are through the whole house. There are two driveways of this house. You can easily park 4-5 cars.

Great location for our Disney vacation

Great location and space for our family for the week we were in town for our disney vacation. Kitchen was sufficient and plenty of space for all 5 of us.

Cute and Safe place for Family

The property was as listed. Lin was Super Nice and fast to communicate with me. The backyard was great for our dogs. Really secure and clean backyard for our pets. Would stay again when we are back in town if it is available.

Great place to stay

Close to Disneyland and shops are around the corner. Lin was very good with communication when we needed a couple of things attended to and he had them sorted straight away. great neighbourhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Good stay near Disneyland

Good quiet neighborhood. Close to Disneyland. Could have been cleaner. Other than that it was great. So much better than a hotel.

Great stay, recommend to all

Home was as advertised. Our family of 7 enjoyed staying here and the proximity to Disneyland. Home could have used a nice deep clean but was not a dealbreaker. We initially had an issue with the AC not cooling but messaged the property manager and the issue was resolved by the time our family got home from dinner. Would highly recommend and would book again

The nicest place I have to call home.

As soon as I walk in I saw a home and was very pleased because they had things we forgot. We left a few non perishable items and hope they will help someone else. I tired my sister and her kids out with disneyland. I really you as owner this vacation was incredible and thankyou. We have already thinking about another vacation next summer. I will let you know and thanks again.

Nice property and neighborhood

Just as described. Close to Disneyland 10-15 min. Close to the 91 and 5 freeway. Very quiet neighborhood. It was a good place to rest after walking so much in Disneyland.

Cute yard, close to Knottsberry

This want my favorite VRBO we've stayed in. Needs a good deep cleaning and new mattresses. Living room situations weren't great for our group of 7. Also would have liked dishwasher detergent or towels and washcloths to do the dishes.

Great location but needs cleaning

The proximity to Disneyland and my relatives was perfect. The house was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. It could use some updates to its ventilation system. Vents and fans were very dusty. The house could use a deep clean. Backyard was full of dead leaves on the ground. I thought it lacked some kitchen and cleaning necessities.m. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Hmmm...

The location was great, there was never a need for me to contact the owner, the amount of space was perfect for us and check in was easy. As a few others have mentioned it could use a deep clean. It appeared that someone just cleaned after we arrived due to soapy water in the driveway, but some areas needed more attention. The water lines are backwards in some of the bathrooms and kitchen, this could be a safety hazard if a child is wanting to shower. Some of the blankets had a strong chemical smell, and some of the rooms were moldy and dingy.

Okay property

Good location with easy access to property and nearby attractions. Property was not quite what is advertised, however. Was lacking in cleanliness, availability of bath towels, kitchen linens were non-existent, and paper goods missing. Would not stay here again.

Nice area home for Disney vacation and Long Beach Destin

We stayed at this property as it was close to Disneyland. It was about 15 minutes with traffic and all sometimes 22 minutes. A very nice home with a nice front and backyard. You can tell it is a home that belongs to our family and they left it for others to be able to enjoy all the while to be able to have some income. They had enough amenities; they even had extras (spices and foods). They had a very nice washer and dryer. This home was a home, so to speak not just an investment property as I had recently in a Fresno area stay. Thanks for letting us stay at your home.

Worked for the trip

Good amount of space for group. Price was a bit lower than others. Beds not to comfortable.small bathrooms. Many rules. Kitchen less than clean, smelled. Communication just okay and only by text.

The property needs good cleaning! The house smells of mildew, bathrooms are filthy, mattress need to be replaced, furniture need upgrade, the back yard needs to be swept and dishes are mismatched. We had to purchase air freshener, cleaning supplies and hand soap.

Great house but needs deep clean

The house itself is great - spacious and centrally located to hit a lot of the local attractions that bring people to the area. The house needs a deep cleaning to make for a comfortable stay. When we arrived, our feet (we don’t wear shoes in the house) turned black within 10 minutes. I asked the owner about the cleanliness and the floors. The owner immediately responded and had cleaners come out as soon as possible to clean the floors. I greatly appreciated the quick response and jumping to action (hence the 5-star rating on responsiveness). However, even after the cleaning, the floors were still dirty and left stains on the bottom of our socks. I think the house needs a deep cleaning to help guests feel like they’re walking into a clean and comfortable environment. All other aspects of the house were okay.
