Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.

This lovely complex is located alongside Baskins Creek in downtown Gatlinburg. The Gatlinburg Trolley stops at the building's front entrance and the Parkway awaits only three blocks north. You'll be an easy walk from Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the charming Village Shoppes, the Gatlinburg Convention Center, Anakeesta, and other fantastic attractions on the Parkway. The aerial tram and skate rink at Ober Gatlinburg are one mile west, and the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the ever-majestic Great Smoky Mountains National Park is three miles southwest. The town of Pigeon Forge - home to Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and several renowned dinner theaters - is eight miles north as well.
