This cozy condo development is nestled comfortably in the hills above Gatlinburg, just off of Ski Mountain Road. It's a development that's never been forgotten the magic of the Smokies - Village Stream Condos. You'll enjoy the sounds of and view of the babbling stream as you start and end your day. Guests often enjoy seeing Chipmunks or Raccoons at play. It's a quiet escape, just 1.8 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and easy to reach! The super cute 2 bedroom condo located at Village Stream Condominiums in Gatlinburg. Perfect for a family getaway or couples getaway! The first bedroom is downstairs and has a king size log bed. The second bedroom is upstairs in the loft area and also has a king size bed plus a large walk in closet and a utility room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a private bathroom upstairs in the loft with a combination tub/shower.

Charming

The condo is well stocked with anything you need to cook with. Lots of little extras you may need. Easy to get to and just as described on site. Would stay here again in the future.

40th anniversary trip

The condo was a great place to stay that was up in the mountains but close to town. Everything at the condo was clean and neat and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with whenever I had questions prior to our check in. We would stay here again because everything great.

Only negative was difficult to adjust the thermostat. Otherwise….. a great condo. Would definitely book again. The owner Becky was quick to respond to my phone call and helpful in set-up of tv network & internet connection.

We had a good stay for our first time in Gatlinburg. We fell in love with Gatlinburg can't wait to come back. We saw a young black bear. The only issue with the condo was we couldn't use the swimming pool only owners can. My 8 year old was upset he couldn't swim.

Wonderful Smokies!

Wonderful stay. Very clean, close to downtown. I was mostly impressed with the 1 to 2 days of immensities to get us through the first couple days until we got to the grocery store. I highly recommend!

Fabulous place to stay!

This place was an amazing place to stay whether you are a couple or a small family. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a nice stay. Our kids loved the large TVs and we also loved the open concepts of the upstairs rooms. This location is definitely going onto our favorites list.

Relaxing retreat!

Becky was a fabulous host! I had lots of requests because of allergies and sensitivities to chemicals and Becky did all in her power to make my stay scent free and comfortable. We had a great time, the place was spotless and had everything we needed. The balcony was a nice place to eat breakfast or a snack and listen to the rustling creek below. Ample space for the 6 of us.The laundry room upstairs was icing on the cake to have available. Thank you so much for making our mini vacation a success. We finally saw a momma bear and her 2 cubs the last night of our stay...what an absolute treat! We highly recommend this host and this rental unit.

Fantastic stay! Better than we thought

Don’t just a book by its cover is true for this place. The outside seemed iffy but once we came inside it was way better than expected and the price was right. My husband and I loved staying in the loft and the place was comfortable, having everything we could need. The manager was easy to communicate with as well. Just so that others know, the location is up ski mountain. A mile away from the top. So as long as you don’t mind driving the winding roads, it was a great location and minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge Pretty view and nice amenities. Will come back if we get the opportunity.
