Luxuriously renovated! 2BR/2BA Western Sunset Corner+2 King Beds! Sleeps 6.
Beautiful extensive luxury renovations in 2022. The views are still the same, western sunset corner AND little lagoon plus the condo itself has been lovingly painted and redone from top to bottom! Then, take that dinner out and position the balcony height table just so on the corner of the wrap around balcony and you can appreciate both the Gulf of Mexico and the Little Lagoon while you dine. The views are breathtaking.
The rooms are painted in soft beachy colors, creating a calm and inviting space. The 2 bedrooms have king-size beds with premium mattresses and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The sofa is a lime green cotton canvas that is comfortable and soft. Many friends and relatives have asked for the calming color swatches of these rooms.
The balcony has 2 chaise lounges, a set of Adirondack 3/4 height chairs with a table surface spanning the arms—perfect for wine and cheese at happy hour, and tall table with 4 chairs to enjoy the view while dining. The unit has a well-stocked Cook’s kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer in a separate room (only the corner units in CS have this feature). That full-sized room comes in handy and the end units not only have the best views, but they are a bit roomier as a result. We also have those curved shower rods so the showers are spacious!
Beach chair service is no longer included in this rental. If you would like to book them directly yourself prior to arrival please contact Ike's Beach Service. We were unable to secure a yearly rental.
The unit is stocked with DVD's and board games and there is a rocker
recliner, as well. Come stay a while…watch the pelicans plunge like missiles into the sea or the dolphins swim by in smooth rhythm-- it's really
something! Sit back, relax, and enjoy…

I loved this condo, then I sold it to a friend to send my kids to college! Bothered me to sell it then, but at least I still manage it. My friend lovingly handled the renovation after Hurricane Sally. She has spent November-May 2021 making sure this condo is renovated properly and has put her heart and soul into luxury! Flooring is now luxury plank vinyl throughout.

Not too big with too many units, and yet has all the amenities of larger behemoth properties. I don't want to be crowded on the beach! This stretch is a little wider, too. I LOVE THE HUGE WRAP AROUND CORNER BALCONY. It is rare that 2/2's are corners in Gulf Shores, let alone the best corner unit, the Sunset corner (Western).
