Enjoy the spectacular beachfront view of the Gulf of Mexico. This corner unit is on the 3rd floor and is the last condo on the beach prior to the beginning of the Gulf State Park and fishing/walking pier. This unit provides great sunset and sunrise views. Each room has windows allowing a view of the Gulf.

This condo is furnished with everything you need for a relaxing, fun vacation. It is decorated with a beach theme. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom with private bath and a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom. The sleeper sofa is in the living room. The kitchen is also fully equipped and the washer/dryer is in the utility room.

The property also has an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and whirlpool hot tub and deck. Two miles of Gulf State Park beach starts next door.

Best surf & pier fishing location on the beach. (Call or email owner for specific fishing details).

Pleasant surprise

We usually stay at Phoenix properties but looked for something more cost effective for this short trip. This turned out to be a wonderful choice. Nice roomie, indoor pool, and right next to the state park.

Vacation

We decided to go down to Gulf Shores for vacation, and chose this condo for our stay! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The view was beautiful! The only downside was that there was some construction going on next door, which was kinda loud.

Great trip

Very relaxing trip. Wonderful location next to the state park. Great views of the beach and the beach was not over crowded. Loved the condo it had everything needed. We will be returning next year.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Labor Day weekend. The condo was very clean and stocked with what we needed for a long weekend. The location on the 3rd floor was perfect - only a short walk from the elevator. The corner room was quiet and the large balcony was amazing. The owner was easy to contact and very personable. My family and I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for a young family

We stayed with our three young children. The walk to the beach is so short and the pool is so nice. The condo is a great set up for young kids too!

Nice condo/ Great location

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. It was very easy to find and has a great location on the beach that isn’t overly crowded. Beach access could not have been easier. The condo itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed breaks from the beach at the outside pool. There is an indoor pool as well, however we found that water too cold to swim in. The property owner was very nice and quickly responded to any questions we had. We would enjoy staying at this condo again in the future.

Absolutely PERFECT!

Our family absolutely loved everything about this property. From location to comfort. My husband and loved that our bedroom was down the hall from the living area from when our boys would stay up later than we wanted. Beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean. Cannot say one bad thing about this place. Charlie was excellent to communicate with as well. We will definitely be back someday hopefully soon❤️

Very nice condo unit exactly as described, clean, comfortable and competitive price. Owner was communicative and helpful. Nicest we have stayed in during our yearly beach trips for the last 20 years to the area. We look forward to staying here again!

Super clean

Unit was super clean which is probably the most important thing to me. Walls and ceilings very white so I assume painted not too long ago. Furnishings rather dated but very comfortable. Nice corner unit that gives good natural light. Plus you’re at the end of Gulf Shores and can walk the beach of Gulf State Park without feeling like you’re at Coney Island.

Best Vacation Ever

Totally loved this condo! It was so close to everything and yet the beach was not crowded at all since it was the last one before the State Park. The balcony was perfect for watching the sun rise in the morning! Was impressed with how clean and neat it was! We will definitely be back!!

I grew up in Fairhope in late 50s-early 60s. Now live 35 miles North of Atlanta in Woodstock.
Grew up fishing with Pop in the Gulf and love the Beach. I use to stay at the Royal Palms because it is very private with the Gulf State Park Beach right next door.
I bought Unit 308 in 2010 because I wanted too and Unit 608 in 2014 for investment

The Royal Palms IS THE BEST BEACH LOCATION IN GULF SHORES. We only have 98 units and we have more privacy than any of the other condos in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach.
