Enjoy the spectacular beachfront view of the Gulf of Mexico. This corner unit is on the 3rd floor and is the last condo on the beach prior to the beginning of the Gulf State Park and fishing/walking pier. This unit provides great sunset and sunrise views. Each room has windows allowing a view of the Gulf.
This condo is furnished with everything you need for a relaxing, fun vacation. It is decorated with a beach theme. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom with private bath and a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom. The sleeper sofa is in the living room. The kitchen is also fully equipped and the washer/dryer is in the utility room.
The property also has an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and whirlpool hot tub and deck. Two miles of Gulf State Park beach starts next door.

This was a great place, right on the beach near the pier. We could walk to the pier, and when we were on the beach, since this is the last condo it was easier to escape the big crowds. Very easy to find and close to everything we wanted.

Mr. Charles (the host) called us on the way down there and was so friendly and personable. He recommended restaurants and things to do. The unit was the perfect size and very clean like he stated. He recommended Desoto’s restaurant and we ended up eating there twice! Great stay, will be going back!!

Great condo! It was clean, the host was excellent at communicating quickly with questions I had. There are chairs to rent at the beach-that was a plus! It was a great location of beach! My kids also loved the pool! There was an onsite machine you could buy large backs of ice as well, which my husband loved!

So much to say; the view from the balcony (which was much larger than most) was breathtaking, full beach view, excellent!! The condo was immaculate, so clean, comfy beds, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, very, very spacious condo. 3rd floor, beach view, literally a one minute walk from the beach. The host was exceptional, response nearly instantly anytime, loved that!! Also, for those with children, this property felt so safe, not crowded at all. In walking distance of so many shops, restaurants, and a fantastic pier. Ten out of ten, would definitely recommend!!!!

Very clean and well maintained condo. Convenient beach access as well as a nice indoor & outdoor pool for those bot so nice beach days. Great communication with the hosts. Would recommend to friends and family!

The condo was beautiful and equipped with anything we needed. But the best part was the fantastic view!

If I could give Charlie and Candace 10 stars, I would! I loved working with both of them from start to finish. Their property was exactly as described, and my daughters and I loved that it was not super crowded when we were on the beach. Our view was absolutely lovely, and the place itself was adorable with beach themes in every room. I definitely would book this condo from Charlie and Candace again. And I would also recommend them to anyone who wants to visit Gulf Shores.

The room was great. It is in a great location for families. Not too crowded at the beach and easy to leave for dinner without traffic. Would definitely come back.

Really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony & living room. Area was fairly quiet. Smaller building meant less people on our designated portion of the beach.

I grew up in Fairhope in late 50s-early 60s. Now live 35 miles North of Atlanta in Woodstock.
Grew up fishing with Pop in the Gulf and love the Beach. I use to stay at the Royal Palms because it is very private with the Gulf State Park Beach right next door.
I bought Unit 308 in 2010 because I wanted too and Unit 608 in 2014 for investment
