Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light, as well as a warm feeling of welcome throughout the home. Gather on the comfortable furniture to host a movie night on the large TV, or just carry on a great conversation. Step out onto the private balcony to look out over the lush greenery as you watch a beautiful sunset. No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
