The home was beautiful and Mary was great. Beds were super comfortable. The drive to Gainesville from the property was convenient and fast. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I really enjoy our time at this property. The place was very clean what it is very important for me and my family. Also the host made sure we had everything we needed! She was also very kind sending to us an animal stuffed that my daughter left behind and was very important to her!

The house was perfect! Very clean had all of the amenities that we needed. Beds were all comfortable. There were seven people in our group and we were all comfortable. Mary was a great host! She went out of her way to make sure we had what we had what we needed and more! She was very informative with the area, restaurant suggestions, and attractions.

I recommend this home to everyone. Our host Mary was awesome she welcomed us and made sure we had everything. She went out of her way to make sure we arrived to the location. As far as the house it’s an absolute dream, it’s welcoming and relaxing had everything we needed for the perfect getaway. Highly recommended !!!!!

Mary was like our new best friend. She was GREAT.....anything we needed, she showed us the house and all the light switches (there were a lot). The house was spotless and comfortable/beautiful. The view was awesome! It is in the middle of an area that had many things we liked to do. Kayaking, Silver Springs, Gainesville-Hawthorne bike path, and geocaching.....hiking, bison, wild horses......what a spot.

Len and Elaine, you are what hosts dream of! The perfect guests! We enjoyed talking with you both and learning what life in the north has to offer (or not offer, lol, re: dangerous snakes/animals)! You really did take advantage of what this area has to offer. And I guess I had to read it here, didn't know you did geocaching! There was something hid in our neighborhood once! I first learned about it from a guest that stayed at my vrbo cottage. Wishing you both warmer temps and adventures for the rest of your winter stay in FL!

Beautiful, gorgeous property and lake view. Comfy beds, AC works fantastic, overall wonderful stay. The only thing that was inconvenient was the outdoor space; Nothing is covered, so any rain makes outside furniture unusable, but the view from inside is still amazing! If you want to bring a boat ask about the lake water levels, we could not get our 19ft to the dock, we had to tie it off the property and wade in, but the lake is very enjoyable and worth it. Mary is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Best VRBO we've had in years! Highly recommend!
