The Space:

This classic beach house is perfect for entertaining as it offers a private hot tub, game room, and easy beach access! Guests will love waking up to views of the sea and staying in a central location within walking distance to bistros and cafes!



The cottage is just off Highway 101 and a short trip to Humble Pie, Jasmine Thai, and Nauti Mermaid Bar & Bistro eateries. The beach is a short walk away, and the nearby community offers plenty of opportunities to go crabbing, fishing, and clamming! Four parking spaces are available in the rear driveway. Please note: street parking is not permitted in Lincoln City.



The peaceful home offers inspiring nautical decor and family-friendly amenities. The garage has been transformed into a game center offering a media center, poker table, and pool table! Inside, the top floor provides plenty of space for families to stretch their legs in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room is perfect for movie nights as it offers streaming Netflix, cable, and a Blu-ray DVD player.



A gas fireplace and sea views keep the space cozy while you whip up family meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Modern appliances and plenty of counter space will make meal prep a breeze as you serve guests at the formal dining table or breakfast bar. When you don’t feel like cooking, head to J’s Fish and Chips or Kyllo’s Seafood & Grill in town. Outside, the sun deck provides inspiring views of the sunset from your private hot tub!



The beach house sleeps 10 guests between three queen-size master suites and a bunk room with a full-sized bed on the bottom bunk and a twin on the top bunk. There are five full baths with one additional half bath. The middle-floor bedrooms even provide jetted tubs, miniature refrigerators, microwaves, and sinks! Extra travelers are welcome on the sofabed. A washer/dryer adds additional convenience.



Beyond your intimate home, the region is a haven for foodies, artists, and outdoor adventure lovers! Your group will love spending long afternoons outdoors tide pooling, beachcombing, and building sandcastles. Bring kayaks or your mountain bike to explore Devils Lake State Recreation Area, and if you visit in spring or fall you may even see a grey whale!



In town, shop until you drop at The Shutterbug at Lincoln City Outlets, look for treasures in the antique store, or try your lucky hand at the nearby Chinook Winds Casino Resort. After long days on the beach or in the city, you’ll love returning to a glass of wine and a private hot tub!

the location was great..close to almost everything we wanted to see. restaurants, beach access. Was in need of a deep clean..fans were dirty, toilet brush floating in dirty water, kitchen cupboards needed cleaned..beds had foam tops but still not comfortable. Edges of all scatter rugs were turned up, tripping hazard. Sheets and towels had seen better days. Game room was a plus for grands. Hot tub was used a lot but shell rattled quite loudly when heating, right off living area. The best thing was getting kids and grands together.

This home was amazing!!!! Loved all the jacuzzi tubs in all 5 bathrooms and the fact all 4bds had a tub ( only used 1) but still was available and the top balcony had a hot tub with a spectacular view of the ocean. And we all enjoyed the game room on the bottom floor. Definitely got our exercise in but totally worth it. Only setback was no grill but we knew that going in. Much thanks to Casago/ Verbo

The host was very accommodating, responsive as heck and so caring about my concerns or anything that came up at all. Definitely recommend this house for a group of friends. Lied that it had bathrooms for each room for our friend group. The game room was the best! Definitely would love to come back!!

Our stay in Lincoln City

loved our stay here. the view from the hot tub was amazing. one thing that may help visitors is some literature put out on best way to beach comb, best places to eat, things to see or do.

Great beach house

This house is very spacious. Perfect for groups. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in each bedroom also which is nice. Has a great view. Beach access is about a block away.

Great home close to the beach

This is a wonderful home with a LOT of stairs. It is close to the beach and has everything you could want in a beach rental. Each room has its own bathroom but only two have showers (the other two have nice soaking tubs). We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

If you are heathy enough and the rest of your family is, this is the place!

Lots of stairs, nice that every bedroom is a suite with a private bath and microwave. Conveniently located by beach access. Not cut out for seniors but amazing if you can climb stairs

Great house!

My family and i had such a great time. So close to the to the beach and such a beautiful view. The only thing that i didnt really like was the stairs, but other then that i would rent it again for a next weekend at the beach.

It's Better at the Beach in July 8

Great location. We enjoyed our stay. The stairs were a challenge for the over 60 year olds in our party. We loved that each couple in our party had their own bedroom and bathroom. We will be back next year.
