You’ll find a completely updated charmer, ready with retro beach décor, new finishes and modern furnishings perfect for a relaxing stay in Lincoln City.

House was very clean, close to the beach and the beds were great if I had to say anything negative about the house It would be the furniture was a little uncomfortable . Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the stay and the pictures really reflected the home. We would stay there again. There was only one hair dryer. It would have been helpful to have one in each bathroom. We had to take turns drying our hair.

Everything was very clean and enjoyable in the house. The picture showed a Barbq but there wasn't one I did call the host and she said it wasn't shown as an accessory on the information sheet so she would make sure it was taken off, Other than that everything was great

We had a great stay and the place was great. Only thing that was disappointing was the Barbecue was not working and we had counted on it for the food we brought.

The location couldn’t have been better. Beach access is just a few houses away and you have a small view of the ocean from the back deck. Deer came through the yard everyday which the kids loved.

Perfect size for just the two of us. Clean. Close to beach access. The bed next to the living room was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was awesome. After reading the reviews I was feeling pretty concerned about the house being super cold. Once all the heaters had been on for about an hour, the temp was very comfortable. No worries on that front. It was a cold, rainy combo and about 50 outside and we stayed cozy. A short half block walk right onto the beach. You can actually see crashing beach waves through the houses from the back deck which is fun.I would say this house comfortably sleeps four. More than that would be tight. It is a a cozy little beach cottage.

This house is exactly as listed, comfortable, and it's in a very good location (one block from beach access, short walk to road's end park, very short drive to all the amenities of Lincoln City).

Couples Weekend

The house is well appointed. It was perfect for two couples with the two king beds. Beautifully remodeled home with an ocean view and short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage.

The cottage is nicely appointed with everything you need, there are even games if you choose to stay in. The location is great, as it is just steps away from beach access. The neighborhood is charming and it is close to restaurants and attractions yet still has a homey feel. We recommend for a small group!
