The house was very comfortable and the location was great. The BBQ could be lit but did not burn hot enough to actually cook anything. Also, more towels! There were no beach towels! We enjoyed our time in PC and will be back!

We’ll have maintenance inspect the BBQ to make sure it reaches proper cooking temperature and we’ll add more towels, including beach towels, to the inventory. The location was fabulous for us, the house was a bit older you could tell. On the surface, it looked clean, it didn’t appear that they had been mopped the floors in the carpets really need to be cleaned. the kids toys in the backyard was full of snails, so therefore we couldn’t use those. But all of the games and books available were amazing. I would suggest going through the kitchen and taking out all of the rusted items such as strainers, etc.. with that being said, we had a great time!

We had a great stay at Beach Happy. The home is in good location, easy walk to the beach, very spacious, with comfortable sleeping arrangements. It met all our needs and it made our stay enjoyable. Thank you for all the extra toys and items to use in the garage. We appreciated the outdoor warm shower to clean out the sand before entering the home. We loved having the firepit (wished we handsome fire wood though). The only negatives: the stove is archaic and loud (front burner does not work at all ) and needs to be replaced, carpets are also worn and stained, the house was a bit dusty and needs a good deep cleaning. Overall a great stay for our family!

We enjoyed this pet friendly house. It had lots of room and space for our small family gathering 8 people and 2 dogs. We did struggle with the stove. The electric coil burners were uneven heating elements and the griddle on half the stove wasn't used because it was so noisy. The property had lots of beach toys, games, and books to keep both kids and adults entertained. The outside kids toys and furniture was a bit dirty when we arrived. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Main disappointment was difficulty cooking on the stove.

Was a great stay The lawn was not kept up at all in the backyard the grass was very tall The kids toys were dirty Beach toys were left out in the weather and were very dirty The bbq was very old and rusty The indoors of the home were wonderful but the yard definitely had not been cared for I. Amazing location! Easy walk to the beach allowing different people to have their own timelines and not having to carpool and deal with parking. Out door shower was a life saver for getting sand off before getting in the home. Lots of beach toys and activities available in the garage. Very comfortable beds and couches. Fire place was cozy to have after a cool windy day. Pacific City is a very dog friendly town. It was our first time traveling with our dog and it was amazing. Cons: Communication, they will respond quickly with, we'll get back to you and never do. Maintenance: Door knobs are about to fall off. Stair rail is becoming dangerously loose. I'd be worried about small children getting hurt. Fridge door handle pops off constantly. Hot water: you are lucky to get two hot showers a day. I assumed the tank was small. But then we could be gone all day and still only have cold water and no one got a hot shower the whole day. The Jacuzzi is nice but again, it will be a cold water soak. This problem will prevent us from ever renting this home again. You can play in the cold ocean and come home to cold showers. Feedback: the problems listed in old reviews are still problems today. I don't think they are going to fix these things, so be prepared.

Great house for a couple of families to enjoy with plenty of space and sleeping for all. The location is wonderful with a short walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage and the firepit in the backyard. We love Pacific City!

The house is spacious, the ping pong was fun. The fooseball table had a man missing a bottom peice and the table wasn't even so we couldn't use it. The kids loved having the boogie boards available and the outdoor shower was amazing! The jet tub made for a great way to relax after climbing sand hills. We had issues with the stove but I'm sure it will get fixed soon. Its close enough to the beach and reasonably priced for how many bedrooms and bathrooms they have. I would stay here again.
