The Space:

Take in the incredible views, ocean breezes and sounds of crashing waves from every room of this Oceanside home, nestled in the hills of the village. The expansive views of the ocean allow you to view migrating whales and birds, colorful sunsets, the village, and the beach and breakers below. Yet the beach can be reached quickly by taking the public stone staircase just to the south of the house next door.



This home uniquely views Cape Lookout, the entrance to Netarts Bay to the south and Storm Rock of the National Wildlife Refuge to the northwest. Enjoy the warm floors of radiant heat on cold winter days while enjoying your morning coffee or storm watching from the cozy comfort of the master bedroom. This house has all of the comforts of home you would expect like modern appliances, a flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and more!



What's nearby:

Enjoy access to many nearby activities, including hiking, kayaking, crabbing, and clamming, and there's even a secret tunnel at low tide. Watch paragliders take off from the launchpad at Maxwell Mountain and get a lovely overview of the entire area. Take a trip to the town of Netarts and visit the famous Tillamook Cheese Factory for samples and tours.

Excellent place to stay in Oceanside! Views were incredible! Write down the check in instructions before you get there because there's no cell service to pull it up at the door. The balcony was amazing and we had a great time.

Beautiful place….However there is no driveway to park. There is a small shoulder to pull over and park by front door.Compact SUV or car better than full size sedan.The view and home quality is terrific

Great location, can take the community stairs down to the lower road and then walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Our family has a place nearby and this is our preferred option for when other people are already visiting and we need extra accomodations for ourselves.

Wonderful place to stay

This property is wonderful. We had the most enjoyable time and the views are spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place! The home is attractive and up to date. And a first for me is that there was even a crock pot, which I was happy to be able to use! We loved the view, and spent long hours taking it in. Unfortunately we had some minor repair issues which they were unable to resolve during our stay, but the team there was very kind and responsive on the app. We have never experienced a master bed and bathroom that is one room, so using the master bathroom was without any privacy. There was a second full bath in the lower level, though not convenient for use during the night. We would come here again. It was a great spot!

We loved our stay! The entire space was nice, tidy and well equipped. The location was perfect. The ocean views from the home and decks was incredible and the sound of the breaking waves was so relaxing. We've stayed at several rentals in Oceanside over the years, and this one is our new favorite!!

Incredible view and location

We loved Oceanside and this property. The 3 decks and master bed all focused on the ocean and the walk to the beach was perfect. Everything was very easy. We will stay here again!

Great to be back in Oceanside

1st time back in 8 yrs. Views were amazing! Property was gorgeous, comfortable furniture, good dishes etc. Only surprise was the very tight parking(sideways) & interesting way to exit off the hill. We loved doing the hikes, beaches, & of course getting Tillamook Ice Cream

Clean, Peaceful, with World Class Ocean View

Beautiful, sparkling clean cottage nestled on a hill with clear ocean view from both floors and decks. The waves put us to sleep each night. The sunsets were dazzling. A truly remarkable cottage and setting.
