Featuring 4 BR each with queen beds, 2 baths, one with spa jet bathtub, main floor bath is handicapped friendly, accommodates wheelchair and seat in large shower. Main floor is handicapped friendly with wide open spaces. One bedroom on main floor, 3 BR on 2nd floor. Brazilian cherry hardwood floors in DR and kitchen. Stone countertops in completely
furnished kitchen. DR seats 8 with (again) great views and access to deck to enjoy sunsets and Pacific views, also provides morning sun or shade. Washer and drier on 2nd floor. Parking pad for 3 cars. Guest quarters adds 1 BR, window seat and complete kitchen and bath for additional fee. House is complete with free WiFi, cable TV, land phone with free long distance. (cell phones have spotty reception).

Had a wonderful time at this property. Location to beach is fantastic. Probably the best supplied house we have ever rented. Kitchen had everything you could think of.

Overall we loved our stay and we hope to return.Some feedback:- beds were not made when we got there, not a big deal.- house/kitchen was well stocked with dishes, kitchen wares.- headboard on the upper level South bedroom is very looseAgain, no major issues, and we thoroughly enjoyed the house.

We loved our stay. The location and views are great. This is such a fun beach. The home was comfy and well stocked with necessary items. Beds are comfy. Lage great room area with kitchen, dining, and living area so we can be together. Lots of windows looking out to the seemingly endless beach. We’d love to come back!

Check in was easy but had a couple of surprises once we were checked in. The Dryer was out of order and the bed sheets were not put on any of the beds. Not a big deal but was not expecting it. It was a fun exercise with the kids to help put them on the beds. Overall, the house was nice. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of space for everyone, and everyone had a great time. With a few minor updates like a new toilet seat downstairs and some extra coats hooks would make it even better.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had all amenities needed for a wonderful visit. We really enjoyed all of the windows and the view! Super close to the beach and “Main Street” of Oceanside.

This house lived up to and surpassed every expectation. We didn’t want to have to eat out very much, this kitchen was such fun to cook in. All appliances, tools, pans you could ever want were here. The beds were super comfy, with nice warm bedding. Being able to adjust the temperature in every room differently was an added bonus. You just can’t get a better view than out those windows! We took my 97 year old mother on this trip and this house served her needs perfectly. What a privilege to be able to stay here.

This is a well maintained, large home in a sleepy little town, perfect for just disconnecting. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The back porch has an absolutely amazing view of the Pacific. We will definitely be staying here again.

Extraordinary

We stayed here for 3 nights to spend time on the beach. The view from the balcony at 3 am with a blanket and coffee in your hand is simply breathtaking! We had tons of fun walking the beach and a very comfortable stay at the verbo!
