Featuring 4 BR each with queen beds, 2 baths, one with spa jet bathtub, main floor bath is handicapped friendly, accommodates wheelchair and seat in large shower. Main floor is handicapped friendly with wide open spaces. One bedroom on main floor, 3 BR on 2nd floor. Brazilian cherry hardwood floors in DR and kitchen. Stone countertops in completely
furnished kitchen. DR seats 8 with (again) great views and access to deck to enjoy sunsets and Pacific views, also provides morning sun or shade. Washer and drier on 2nd floor. Parking pad for 3 cars. Guest quarters adds 1 BR, window seat and complete kitchen and bath for additional fee. House is complete with free WiFi, cable TV, land phone with free long distance. (cell phones have spotty reception).

Very comfortable for a family, great views

The house is spacious, very clean, and has great views. The kitchen is well stocked. We have stayed here many times, and each time is great!

Great house with an amazing view.

We enjoyed our stay at this house, We are a group of 4 friends so each of us could have our own room. We all thought our beds were comfortable. The view is great and you can see it from almost all the rooms. The only thing we would suggest is putting one more comfortable chair in the living room. Currently there is just a couch and one recliner and with 4 adults it put 3 of us on the couch which is a bit crowded. Other than that the house was a perfect fit for our annual friend's weekend.

Ideal Vacation Location

This home offers stunning views of the ocean while being convenient to town. The rooms are all spacious and the dining area is perfect for a large family meal. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked.

Great Vacation Spot

Our family thoroughly enjoy our time spent at the Oceanna. Along with the separate guest quarters there was room for seven adults and one child and everyone had room to spare. We will be back again!

Great view, Great place

The view is awesome, loved the deck and the big table. We saw pelicans deer and elk during our stay. Kitchen is very well stocked.

Book Club Getaway

My book club has stayed in Oceanside at other rental homes. This is one of the outstanding homes. Clean with great views and handy for access to the town and the beach.

Absolutely perfect for my party and me for our clamming and crabbing excursion.

Beautiful views in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, dining room and great room. For the 8 of us, it was perfect for our needs. Enough cooking materials and plates were enough for us. Definitely staying here again.

You can’t beat this view!

This was our second time back to this property and we enjoyed every moment and hope to be back again!!!! Kitchen is fully stocked, lots of towels and toiletries. We stayed for 5 days. Highly recommend
