Great location and accommodations for our trip to Rockaway! It’s great that it’s pet friendly. FYI - the stairs are steep, which can be a little tricky for older family members.

Very nice space, ocean view, one street down from beach access. Great price. Super cozy space. Be aware the stairs are very steep, so if you have an older dog or someone who is injured they’ll just need a little extra assistance.

Honestly the pictures didn’t due this place justice as far as the beautiful views from the house and the deck! Great place to stay with easy access to the beach!!

This home is perfect for a family vacation to the beach. Everything you need in a very convenient location. The view is amazing and just a short walk to the beach.

Great location. It’s a very short walk to one of the best beaches on the Oregon coast. The house was very comfortable and clean. We liked being able to bring our dog. The kitchen was nice and be appliances modern and easy to use. Plenty of parking.

Great place for family

We stayed for T day week. Had a very relaxing time . House was clean and beds were comfy. Kitchen was adequately stocked with everything you need.. very enjoyable !

Great stay in Rockaway!

Loved this rental in Rockaway. It had everything needed for all 5 of us (adults) to have a comfortable stay. There are some rocks down to the beach so we took my mom (84) down to Oceanside and happy camp so that she had flatter easier access. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Beach Getaway

We enjoyed the large deck with an ocean and sunset view, and being able to use the outdoor grill to cook meals. There was plenty of room for 5 adults (2 parents and three adult kids), and the house was excellently stocked for a beach getaway. Would definitely rent again.

Very happy

We planned a trip with friends who grew up in area. Wanted to check out a new area for fishing. House was perfect and the view was really good. Will stay here again!

Grammy takes 4 grandkids to beach

Property & location great! Lovely view just cross the road & 3 houses to the north is access to beach. House had a great set up for my needs. Thank you to owner for all the bath & beach towels one needs. Great laundry set up. I would stay here again.

Great place with lots of space.

This place was great with lots of room! A great view to the ocean and lots of parking. They also have toys for the kids to play with which was great. One thing to take away if staying with small children. The bunk beds are on the lower level. So we decided to actually sleep on the bunks with them so they weren’t so far away or got scared.

Coast trip

Super cute house, comes as advertised. Plenty of parking as we brought our boat for crabbing. Amazing view, the wood stove is a perfect touch for rainy beach nights. We will be back soon. Cheers!

Wonderful home

This home worked perfectly for us. 3 adults, 2 teenage boys and 12 year old. Location was great - just a short walk to town and super close to beach access. We also lost power once and management was quick to look into it. It would be nice to have a key to access the house instead of a long combination. We would definitely stay again!

5 night stay

The location is great! The deck is large and has a nice view. The bathrooms and bedrooms are updated and nicely decorated. The living room needs some deep cleaning and declutterring. The sofa and carpet smell terrible. We had to put a blanket down to sit on the sofa.

Good location

The pelican house was very nice overall. The things that could have made it a great rating would be better beds in all bedrooms. A better lock system, we were locked out for over an hour. The check in, check out times were early and late. Other then those things, it’s a very nice place, great space for family and friends.

Family beach vacay

Great location, walking distance to beach and to town. Cute beach house! Disappointed that the refrigerator didn't work well. Problem handled professionally, but unfortunately we had to throw food away. There was a disconnect over the amenities listed and what was actually there.
